National Health Co-op - Macquarie

I have been a member for two years and have always found the doctors and nurses provide excellent care and relevant referrals. The Co-op is a network and I have seen doctors in a number of different practices.

Welcoming admin staff at the reception

The service is great when I actually get here - but I have been on hold for over an hour now (at position two in the queue - really? You've been on the phone to someone else for the past hour?) and you will be likely to close down before anyone ever answers me. I pity people who have to charge their phone. I could walk there quicker. Answering phones is crucially important to customers. Please do it.

All I can say is if you give phone numbers out answer the phone. Say would you please hold as I am attending to another patient. Then you say to the patient at the desk would you mind if I just answer this call. IN doing nthat, the telephone is made free. You sort out the client at the desk or you ask THEM to wait.
Quickly see what phone caller wants and deal with that then, apologise to counter customer and say thank you.
All patients are paying your salary and income.
Your are the business. Don't worry about the hypocratic oath. Business is business.

NOW......At the moment the customers ain't happy. Also we live in a democracy, if you don't give the service required the customer is free to walk.
Also you are dealing with people from a variety of different countries. They worry signifantly more than white anglo Saxon Australians, usually they only have their old country to compare with.
The treatment they have had there and how they arrived here can expiate anxiousness.
Remember, honey is always sweeter to have than vinegar.

Service is gotten worse. Make a appointment for a time and waiting 20 minutes over the time. Half the doctors have left and moved on. So its extremely hard to see the same doctor.

Only thing that's ok is there cheaper than a normal doctors visit

I have gone months ago there isn’t any facility expected doctor and I don’t want be members but they force me to be members , say me if u would be members I don’t knw i can charge me any fee...And was being to angry while doing service....
I can’t explain how much i am disappointed with this place.....
