Red Cross Shop Lane Cove

the young lady working here had good customer service. I like that she just got on with her work & let me shop in peace. I normally tend to find hidden gems @ red cross stores & yesterday i found a cropped light denim jacket for $12 in the staff picks section so i recommend going their as the staff put the nicer things their.
Overall, i loved shopping @ this red cross but i won't be back again unless i'm around the Lane Cove area. However, i will continue to buy from my local red cross for years to come!

Coming every now and then, shop is well presented yet small, prices are overall OK, but there is something with this girl that sounds rude every time I see her. She calls “her volunteers” stupid for making mistakes with pricing and the time before she was not sounding very kind when the repair guy came to do some fixing, she was talking to him “like, what am I supposed to do, kick my customers out?” It’s not his fault he was just coming to do his job poor thing, I don’t know if this chick is the manager or thinks she is the manager but If I see her at the counter from outside, I don’t walk in…

A lady there yesterday afternoon told me over the phone that they'd be happy to accept classical CD & DVDs from me so I brought over $1000 worth of them (many still sealed and unopened) to be told by the person there today that they don't take any more CD's as they've run out of space for them. (The space in question looked not much bigger than a bedside cabinet). This was so infuriating after packing the CDs and driving there. RED CROSS can you please train your staff to be on the same page? It's not that difficult. As it turned out, St Vinnies a few doors down the street was more than happy to accept the lot. Hallelujah!
