Terrace Grill Restaurant & Bar

Came here with some friends after a work conference. The food was outstanding, but what set The Terrace apart was put lovely server Jaye. She was attentive and friendly, and just made the atmosphere fun. Highly recommend a dinner at The Terrace.

Brilliant food, extensive menu, excellent service and atmosphere. Value for money. The seafood was exceptional and the oysters, lobster and whole grilled Sole fish was best I have eaten! Lovely place to celebrate a Wedding Anniversary. Highly recommend this fine restaurant and look forward to returning in the near future.

What a wonderful dining experience. Can’t give enough praise to Jade. Not only a great hostess but an angel in disguise. So attentive and empathetic, nothing was an issue and was so wonderful with our 10 and 13 yr old. Food was amazing, great atmosphere in the old post office. , not too noisy. Can’t speak highly enough of this establishment and of Jade.

We have come here for the first time and certainly were not disappointed.The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.We ordered the Seafood Magic with lobster and magic is was.We certainly will be back and recommend this establishment ❤. S & W

We had our anniversary here tonight and we where spoilt from start to finish by the staff. Food was amazing. My new local to go to, my 9 year old devoured my left overs when we got home. Thank you

We were warmly welcomed by Jade to a Restaurant we have been going to for many years in the old Terrigal Post Office building. Tony's delicious and visually appealing dishes are meticulously executed. The table settings are lovely. Complimentary limoncellos for us to mark my Birthday were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely brilliant, food was great, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable but most of all the lady who took care of us actually cares if her guests have a good time

Its been a while since I've experienced service like that in Australia, more places need to be like this

Wonderful food, atmosphere and service, Jade was a lovely host, warm friendly and kind. We had a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner.

We just enjoyed a lovely night here. The Valentine's Day menu was great. Beautiful food and excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again. Went back again for my birthday Jan 2024. Everything is still wonderful and our waitress Jade was exceptional!

Despite all the negative reviews I'm giving this one a 5. The tenderest calamari I have ever tasted, Everything fresh and tasty. best kept secret in Terrigal.

Delicious fish meal in this old heritage building with attentive service and even a special pasta meal for the toddler. Couldn't fault it. Clearly one of the best dining options in Terrigal.

Saturday night date with the wife, starters were fresh and tasty. Main meals were hot and full of flavour. The decor has a feel of days gone by which adds to the ambiance as you wine and dine at the old post office.. Staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was a problem. We will certainly be back for more of this vibe of history and Italy.. Just Awesome!!

Food was delicious with great size serves. The service was exceptional. It made for a great night out.

My partner and I ate here last night. The food was absolutely delicious. Could not fault it. The lamb shanks from the specials board were juicy and tender and the fried chicken with mashed potato and gravy was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We visited mid week for a special meal without the kids and were not disappointed. It was quiet and had a great locals special which was really affordable. Great service and exceptional meals paired well with nice wine. Best lamb shank I’ve ever eaten. Look forward to visiting again.

What a wonderful experience! Amazing staff, beautiful food and great service. We can highly recommend the Seafood Magic, a 3 tiered seafood feast. Will definitely go there again.

I loved reading the menu with so many different options and ways to dine.
Half our table had the 5 meal option with each plate offering medium sized versions of the main variety.
I personally ate the garlic mushrooms and Glady shared them with the table. To ensure everyone tasted how amazing they were. My oysters served kill Patrick were large and tasty. My Morton bay bug came with 3 half's and was so deliouse. The lamb main was beautiful to eat and tasty to the eyes. Ending our meal with chease cake .
I'm booking my next meal out here again very soon.

Great service and delicious food, especially if you're looking for tasty and fresh seafood. Special mention to Nova who was very friendly and attentive, even kindly asked chef to come over and give his recommendation and advice on seafood dishes. Despite being located off the main street, it's definitely worth visiting.
