Nice shop with a great selection however a little over priced. The man at the counter needs some training in customer service. Would not shop there again.

Busker out the front is a nuisance plays extremely loud disturbs other business and customers with how loud he plays wish they would tell him not to set up there anymore I might actually want to do in

I live in terrigal and like to shop local. This evening I called into vintage cellars terrigal selected a carton of beer and waited at the checkout. The shop assistant was no more than three metres away describing a wine to a customer and glancing at me. She continued rabbiting on about the wine as steam started to rise from me. I contemplated walking out leaving my carton on the bench. However I waited surely it didn't take this long over a bottle of wine. She could have squashed the grapes and bottled it while I waited. Finally the cashier approached and apologised to me before leaving me standing there to serve the wine buff. I was now fuming but kept my mouth shut on the verge of walking out..I eventually paid and left..never to return again.

Rude staff and terrible service, bloke with the green hair is the only one with any clue about customer service
