Took a faulty shirt back to store on 17th Feb 2024 - the colour had all come out and the sequins started to come off, after hand washing it. Was assured that they could not refund the money but leave the top and the manager would phone me and refund the money on monday, if she deemed the top to be faulty. The staff member wasn't polite and informed me it must have been the way i washed the top. Under the Australian consumer law you are entitled to a refund for a faulty product. According to them they cant do refunds instore the manager has to do it via eft. the phone is never answered and they don't reply to text messages.

Terrible experience. Staff member was so rude. I have never ever been spoken to like that. She is definitely in the wrong job.
