An interesting spot to stop. Info board worth a read. The town itself is definitely worth a perusal, definitely different.

The big blade is almost like a sculpture. Signboards are informative, if beginning to age prematurely because of exposure to the sun. I had no idea one wind generator provides enough power for a thousand homes. I still find that hard to believe; maybe it's a thousand homes provided the occupants are out.

It is an awesome view of just one of the blades that you can see scattered along the hill tops ,next to the highway, as you drive along heading to Adelaide from NSW.
