I hired the party boat today and took 6 kids for an adventure up the Glenelg river. The kids had a ball. Plenty of room for them to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Thanks to the friendly staff for making it a safe and comfortable experience. This was a highlight of their school holidays!

Friendly accommodating owner, a choice from pedal paddle boats to proper 6 person motor runabout. This is a cool place to visit and this is the place to hire a boat of any size from.
My son and I had a ball.

Couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience on the Glenelg river. The Staff and owners are wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. We had a great 4 days on the houseboat relaxing and fishing.

W hired our canoes and gear for a 4 day family trip on the Glenelg river from Nelson boat and canoe hire. Very reasonable rates, the gear was all in good condition, and the service from Chris and the rest of the staff was exceptional. Thanks!!

3 day cruise on houseboat with wife viv peters one on the best experiences . Houseboat very comfortable with all we needed including hot shower. Fabulous people at nelson.boat hire

Beautiful place to visit. Very friendly owners. Highly recommend Billy's bait. Good fresh locally sourced bait. Increases the chance of a successful fishing trip.

Friendly service. Right in the middle of town on the river. Near the pub. Good to rent a tinny to go fishing or just muck around near the river mouth on a peddle boat.
