Fabulous little caravan park.
Wonderful views of the Glenelg River.
We had an en-suite site. The en-suite was recently refurbished & is super clean.
The only thing I must mention is that the shower water absolutely saturates the floor!!
There is no door to the shower cubicle.
The camp kitchen is very clean & well appointed.
Highly recommended.

Stayed here 2 nights. A quaint little caravan park. You can walk straight to the river and walking distance to pub & kiosk. There is no drinking water available via hose, you need your own water container and go to the rainwater tank.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We stayed in the glamping tent for only one night (wish it were longer!) and we were sooo pleasantly surprised! The tent was much larger than expected, furnished with a bar fridge, chairs and table, small heater, tv, a large bed (comfy pillows and doona!) w bedside tables and a cart with all things necessary for teas and coffee. The place was super clean and the en-suite was modern with beautiful small touches. The glamping tent is conveniently close to the camp kitchen and at night you can hear the ocean waves as if you were camping right on the beach. All of this and it’s right in the middle of town. We will definitely be back!

Great little campsite with river view. Owner was lovely. Clean toilets and hot showers as well as a laundry. Highly recommend!

Me and my partner stayed in the Glamping Tent for one night. Room was so cozy, had a really nice vibe (dim lighting, lots of fluffy pillows). Bed was really soft and kept us warm during a cold, windy night.
Owners were really lovely and helped us with surrounding areas and sights to see.
Highly recommended.

Just a lovely little park with everything you need and a view of the Glenelg river, and the Nelson hotel is not even a minute away, happy days.

An absolute gem! A lovely small and well maintained park. Owners, Patty and Dean, are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The park is beautifully located close to the river and a quick drive to the beach. We stayed for 4 nights across late June and early July, River Vu and the town of Nelson were lovely and quiet, exactly what we were hoping for. We stayed in an ensuite site and were pleasantly surprised with a lovely, newly refurbished ensuite. We would definitely visit again.

Unexpected great campground which is very close to the river. This one isn't very big but it's a lovely one. The camp kitchen is super clean, organised and big enough for multiple people. Toilets and showers are clean as well with heaps of space. You'll get a code for the access to the facilities or the doors are permanent open. Patty, the manager, is extremely helpful and friends. Definitely a 5/5 campground!

Relatively close to other campers however, the people are all lovely and the owners are very accommodating and understanding. Great atmosphere and beautiful area.

Stayed here last night. Loved it. Very neat and tidy. Great areas close for walks. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this lovely caravan park again. Amenities super clean and tidy.

Great little caravan park on the Glenelg River with clean amenities, small and basic but ample camp kitchen. (Mosquitoes can be bad at sunset) Pet friendly.The Nelson Pub just over the road for a great meal and convenience store a short walk away for groceries, coffee and takeaway food. (Bait for fishing) Information centre within walking distance. Very friendly and welcoming little community. #LetsGuide.

Would recommend this little park to anyone. What it lacks in size it makes up for with amenities. The camp kitchen is awesome. You can have ensuite sites & there is also a pretty cool glamping tent. The owners are friendly & helpful & it's situated in a great spot for fishing.

We loved our stay here! The family who run the place are really lovely people, very friendly and we’re happy to answer any questions. They offer free fire pit hire which was a massive bonus !

Handy little park. Friendly, relaxed, oh so clean and everything works. Cost effective too. Not big so maybe book ahead, I was lucky enough to drive straight in and book. I got site on top of hill looking west over the river, boat jetty and sunset

What a brilliant, quiet, clean and friendly place to stay!! Nelson is a little hidden gem. Patti and Dino were extremely helpful and friendly, and the amenities were very clean. Dino's custom built "fire kegs" are a winner!! Thanks guys
