Dr Sam goes over and above for her patients and alway has time for you. She is simply amazing!
Mel the receptionist and Kathy the Nurse are just wonderful.
I have been going here for many years and this practice is the best.

I have been a patient at Para Hills Clinic for many years, and am extremely happy with the quality of care I receive here. The receptionist is friendly and caring, and always greets me by my name and with a welcoming smile. The nurse is also caring and friendly, and ensures my health is closely monitored. Dr. Sam is the loveliest, friendliest, most thorough doctor I have ever had. Dr. Eben is also very caring and thorough. I usually arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and very seldom am kept waiting past my appointment time. This practice is such a warm, caring place to be when you are feeling unwell.

I was looking for a lovely female doctor a while ago, and after being recommended Dr Sam from friends who absolutely love her, I am so grateful I have now found Dr Sam and the team at Para Hills clinic. All the staff are genuinely interested in me, are super nice and make me feel comfortable. Also, I never have to wait long to be seen. Top job guys! 😊👍

I have been going to this clinic for nearly 5 years and I have never had any problems. I absolutely adore the staff and how welcoming and supportive they all are. The receptionist Mel is wonderful and always happy to help and copes so well under the pressure of being out the front, welcoming the patients, answering the phones and helping the doctors at the drop of a hat. Any normal person would crack under that kind of pressure but she always greets us with a smile. My GP Dr Sam is honestly one of the best GP’s I’ve ever had. She is thorough and always doesn’t what ever she can to ensure that all of my medical needs are met. I don’t know where I would be without her and all of the staff at the clinic.

I cannot speak more highly of the professional and friendly service at this clinic. From the moment you enter the reception you feel welcomed and cared for, which is great because you're not usually not feeling well when you go there. Both doctors that I have seen there, are caring and interact well with the patients to achieve good healthcare outcomes. All staff smile and go out of their way to cheer up the patients.

It says a lot about a clinic when a whole family, branching out through several different households, are all regular patients. Dr Sam, Mel and Cathy aren’t just medical professionals and staff within a doctors clinic, they are a valued support network and people I consider friends. That’s the kind of treatment you get at this clinic, people who ask you what’s going on with your life and genuinely mean it, while also administering thorough and up to date medical practices.

I’ve been to a few GPs over the years, but I’ve never been to one quite like this one. Dr Sam is thorough and meticulous while also being generous and kind. Cathy the nurse is so attentive and accommodating, she practically bends over backwards to help patients out. Mel on reception is a joy, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. She is a warm smile and a vibrant personality.

I have also seen Dr Eben several times and, while he is not my regular GP, I feel comfortable and confident in his abilities.

I have been a patient at this clinic for 5-6 years now and have always been very pleased with my care, I no longer live in the Para Hills district and am quite happy to travel to see Dr Sam. The friendly staff(Cathy & Melissa) are never too busy for a quick chat and listen to any concerns I may have, they always make sure I keep up to date with any anual test I require and always let me know if my Dr is running a little late for what ever reason, I always receive a friendly text msg reminding me of my appointments or If they need to see me.

Dr Sam is amazing always on the Ball everything , Cathy the nurse words cannot express her kindness and efficiency and professionalism , Melissa always does her job with a smile and fits you in for a appointment when ever she can all the other doctors there are always brilliant l am so lucky to go to Para Hills clinic .

Staff are always friendly. Doctors who actually care about you. They have a nurse on site (Kathy) who is excellent. The ladies at the reception actually learn your name and don't see you as another person walking in the door. You can have your blood test done at the clinic as well. Which if I could would make it six stars. I would recommend anyone looking to change their clinic to give these guy/ladies a call.

I have found the Doctors at this clinic to be exceptional in their care. They really do care about their patients and you are not just a number. Nurse Kathy is very caring and always helpful and this is also the same of Receptionist Melissa.

OK. My Mum came to this clinic after being unable to get the GP's at another clinic (turn style clinic- in, out, see ya) to listen to her & what her body was telling her. After 5+ years her health, mentally & physically have improved, although would have benefited from more early intervention. Mum actually arrives early to every appointment because she understands that the people here CARE about her well being. Mum's Dr. is very approachable & understanding, even when Mum beat's about the bush a bit!! I am also a client/patient of this clinic & have found them very professional & prompt in everything they do for their clients/patients, and would not hesitate to refer family or friends to them.

I'm very pleased with the services we get here. Enjoy face to face communication with warm and friendly stuff who's always happy to get to know and serve you.
I've being to many other clinics but this place stands out, they equipped with some of the best doctors and specialists.

I've only just moved into the area and required a doctor and they were able to fit me in. I found all the staff and doctors extremely lovely and welcoming. They all seemed to care a lot and I felt very safe. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

My name is Sandra Cochrane and my grand daughters's name comes up here and I don't know how to delete it!!! I am writing in reply to Thomas Fuller who complained about the staff after being late for an appointment. Well Thomas I am the non person who was in the waiting room and your wife actually took my appointment!!! I have never come across anyone as rude as your wife. Mel the receptionist handled the situation like a professional, she wasn't cranky at all. Your wife was late for a her appointment (and not just 2 minutes late) and she was in Mel's face straight away, even to the point of going to the pamphlet board, getting one, and pushing it out to Mel saying "show me where it says that if you're late for an appointment it is cancelled!". Dr Sam saw your wife and apologised to me for having to wait longer. The appointment was for 15 minutes and your wife was in there way longer than that. Mel asked me if I was ok and I sarcastically said that I was and that I had all day. Surely you would remember that Thomas. Your wife did not deserve to see Dr Sam at all, her behaviour was atrocious

The whole team is wonderful and friendly, from the Reception Team, Pathologist, Podiatrist, Physio and Doctors. My doctor is very thorough, friendly, emphatic and couldn't be any happier with her. I highly recommend this facility, this team!

I transitioned to this clinic after my old GP retired and have not looked back. Geat service very friendly and thus far always on time. I will at times arrive 10 mins early and Dr will see me early if he is able. Very thorough and integral service.

This Clinic has a variety of services to offer. It has a comfortable, clean environment, with friendly staff and efficient medical care.

Great friendly staff and I have never had such a caring Dr put in so much time into my well-being before at any other clinic. Highly recommend this clinic
