Westernport Water

Have seen first hand how much Westernport Water care about their treatment process and delivery of drinking water.

Never paid more for water in my life. Costs twice as much as my electricity bills. Water should not be a privatised industry. Essential services controlled by private enterprises just create a monopoly, leading them to charge phenomenally high prices.

Just moved to the area. Water rates are astronomically higher than any where. But the water tastes like awful chemicals and makes your skin itch. Horrible company has its users trapped in a scam. Working for this company must be embarrassing.

The water quality is absolutely disgusting but the fees are ridiculously high. Received a $350 service fee for $27 usage charge for the quarter. What an absolute joke!

Extremely over priced water. Most expensive in the state. Use no water and still pay nearly $300 in connection fees a quarter. The final insult is the water tastes like absolute garbage. Shameful.

Unbelievable my apartment has not be used for over 3 months not a drop of water been used and i get a bill in these times not working for 310.14
I rang them and said its for us to maintain the drains......HOW ....just taking money for nothing...
Worst water company greedy people.... NOT 1 DROP OF WATER USED.......RIPPED OFF ...

This company tries to present itself as an employee focussed supportive work environment, this could not be further from the truth. Smoke and mirrors! The rumours about this company could not be more true. Beware.
