Excellent service from Adam and the team at Harvey Norman, after weeks fighting with Samsung to get a repair on our washer/dryer Harvey Norman had a new one delivered in 3 days and even took the old one back and installed our new one! Can't thank you enough, excellent service!

One of the best Harvey Norman stores I have contracted work to. All the staff were great, everyone one of them which helped complete my job in good time.

C'Jay sold me a wonderful computer and he was terrific.
I am seventy three years young, and knew very little about what I was buying.
I left with computer working, apps installed and I could not be happier with the service.

Ian organised that the product be availble to me before scheduled pick up time. He also carried product to my car. Thank you for yr good old fashioned country service! It was also a busy time before the Easter break so this was very valued and appreciated.

Went into the store to look at computers , not really planning to buy one on that day ! We were served by Mark L and he was very helpful and knowledgeable . Pointed out the best computer that suited us. Really went into the details about the extended warranty and worked out a great deal. When we went to pick it up , which was super fast, the staff Member offered to carry the computer out to our car , which was a nice touch !

We went into Harvey Norman to get an idea what the newest was with televisions.
We were greeted by Adam right away, which was amazing as in the past we’d spent 20 minutes walking around and no one approached us.
Adam really knew his stuff, and was full of knowledge on all the latest and greatest. Even threw in a few jokes which were great.

We highly recommend Adam at Harvey Norman Wonthaggi.

From start to finish the service and delivery from HN wonthaggi was brilliant. Andrew in sales was a wealth of knowledge on the products I was purchasing and incredibly wonderful to deal with 5 stars to him. Nathan our delivery man was also amazing, very friendly and professional. we had a fridge delivered and after unpacking noticed a little dent on the front door (no fault of Harvey Normans) he immediatly returned and within 2 hours he was back with another brand new fridge...... AMAZING. would never happen in Melbourne. A huge thank you to Andrew and Nathan at HN wonthaggi. 5 stars to you both

What a welcome change.
Adam seemed to actually give a stuff about what I needed and not what he wanted to sell me.

He really knows his stuff who ever trained him should be very proud.

Small store, but lots of electronics to choose from. Tv, videos, computers, staff very busy all the time. Could do with more staff so you don't wait around. So many more people in Wonthaggi now, could have a much bigger store, it would do well

I’d like to acknowledge Lauchlan, Adam and C’Jay of Harvey Norman Wonthaggi for their great help transferring us from our old (Melbourne) Optus plans to our new local 4G internet solution.
Plugged the modem in and everything worked instantly!
The best for me?
I could talk face to face to people that know what they’re doing instead of wasting literally hours being handed from pillar to post between Optus and NBN on the phone when dealing directly with a telco.

After been told they stock Vac cords I spoke to salesman who informed me they don't, another gentleman (Assuming the Boss) asked exactly what I wanted and took me into his office and googled the cord for me.... Fantastic salesmanship at its best.....just to take that one step further very much appreciated
