Another day, another Piccolina Gelateria🍨

To say that I love Piccolina ice cream would be an understatement & their 3 flavours of the week are definitely something to look forward to (I don’t go every week, but would love to) lol

This time I tried the coconut mango flavour of the week & again I was NOT disappointed, added to my all time fav - pistachio (best ever)

The flavours are so authentic & packed with real pieces of said ingredients.

The staff were lovely & very accomodating with choosing & tasting.

The building is lovely too, I love the Piccolina green 💚

Melbournes best Gelato 🍧

Piccolina has to be my favourite ice cream in Melbourne. They have great regular flavours and also regular weekly and daily special varieties that make it always worth a visit. Their Christmas edition ice cream cakes too are just divine. Staff are friendly and tasters are available too. Definitely worth a treat

This is one of the best gelato places! The staff are also very friendly. There is also room inside to enjoy your ice cream.

Piccolina has some great flavours and non-dairy options. I love the pistachio flavour and I got nutella as a topping that was also in the bottom of the cone, so delicious. Definitely get the cone as you get more than in the mini cups.

Definitely keen to order their ice cream tubes next time to try more flavours!

Ice cream is my favourite dessert, and Piccolina has to be one of my favourite places to get ice cream. Honeycomb is my go-to flavour!
I was excited when I discovered they had cakes last week. I picked up a Bomalaska cake for a friend's birthday, and it was delicious and reasonably priced at $38.

I want s'more of their gelato! I came here at the start of January and the gelato was great! The flavours were amazing, in particular the s'mores gelato which was one of their specials for the week (if only it was permanent, that's how good it was). I love how they use natural mint, so much more enjoyable than artificial flavours. The people who worked there were super friendly and kind, I could tell that they were happy to be there. My only nitpick is that the gelato portions are a little on the smaller side and the prices are a little high but regardless, the gelato was very worthwhile.

Came here for some ice cream. Had the peanut butter special and Nutella. Ice cream was creamy and full of flavour. Quality was on point. Will definitely be returning here.

I needed a refreshing sweet treat after lunch with my friend and stumbled across this gelato place.

I like trying the vegan flavours to see how they compare to the dairy version - and i have to say that these versions are pretty spot on. The chocolate flavour I couldn't tell didn't have dairy. I also chose passionfruit which was refreshing but not too sweet, decent passionfruit flavour and the seeds help seal the authenticity of the flavour. For a non-vegan, I enjoyed both flavours.

Definitely a place I will visit again if I am in the local area - top notch gelato!

This picolina has just opened to replace the one opposite the road, absolutely love the vibes of the place. Crowded as always even in winter so make sure you are comfortable lining up for a while. They have plenty of options to choose from, even with dairy free and vegan. They also have weekly specials - which is Twix and NY cheesecake at the moment but get in there early because those usually run out by post dinner time. Definitely a favourite local ice creamery!

Very good gelateria serving all the classic gelato flavours as well as some rotating new/specials. Pistachio is a household favourite. Highly recommended for a nice sweet treat

One of the better ice cream places in Hawthorn. Tasted a few gelatoes which were all absolutely yum but decided on the honeycomb. Lovely friendly staff. Had weird ice cream films playing with screams in the background which was good for a laugh.

Add it: this place has since set up a store in Fitzroy. The ice cream is still one of my favourites. Love the ricotta and lemon!

Delicious ice cream! Highly recommend having ice cream here. Ice cream is creamy and smooth. They have a great range of ice cream to choose from and the staff are very friendly. The place is clean and welcoming.

It was such an great experience at Piccolina Hawthorn. When you walk in you’ll find yourself in the most picturesque place ever, amazing design and incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The lady behind the counter had such a bubbly personality, I really needed that day. I had the special flavour - Strawberry Rhubarb and Malt, such a great mouth experience. You could really taste the sweetness of the strawberry and the delicate bitterness of this beautiful rhubarb jam and then you get some crunchiness from those tiny pieces of malt. Incredible, nothing else to say. Amazing gelateria in Melbourne!!

Had a pleasant experience at piccolina today, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, there were tons of options to pick from, sad that they dont do testing but the staff explained the flavors pretty well and even showed me what it looked like. Just one thing left me a little disappointed is that they were all out of cones, so I had to get a cup, but that is a minor issue that is out of their control.

Always great gelato but so impressed by the amazing staff working hard during such a busy time. Special shout out to the person who looked after us (I think their name is Maria). They were friendly, attentive, proactive and went over and beyond to help us. They made us feel important and looked after even though there was so many people around. They reminded us of what good customer service feels like as it is hard to find these days. Please pass this onto them.

The specials are amazing! Worth checking in regularly.

Great for regular flavours and they have some nice innovative flavours too. Kids love it.
