I have completed my full year of TRT with Low T Clinic.

In March 2023, I started of with just over 400 pmol/L free T; and was told by many clinics that I’m within normal range despite exhibiting symptoms of Low T. Hence, was denied TRT. Thankfully, Dr Courtney was understanding and started my protocol. Low T prescribed transdermal creams, which I was initially sceptical after reading about it online but I decided to trust Dr Courtney and give it a go.

TRT has helped me find the energy and motivation to get on top of my training and diet. Fast forward to February 2024, I have dropped from 95 kgs to 73 kgs over the last 12 months.

The combination of TRT, training and nutrition is key to success. Getting on TRT alone is not going to do much, if your lifestyle does not change to suit your hormone optimisation protocols.

In February 2024, my free T levels are over 1300 pmol/L. My metabolic health has improved, which means I am able to eat more freely and keep my abs visible.

Thanks, Dr Courtney, Demi and Louise for always being available for me when required. I have refrained from writing a review during my first year with Low T Clinic because I only think it’s fair to leave a review after one treatment cycle is completed and followed through.

I note that price is a concern for many, but this is a private service. I do agree it could be more affordable but I view this as an investment for my health now - I probably will have to pay more to fix my health when it’s broken later and by then, my quality of life will already be deteriorating. I don’t wish for the latter. I want to enjoy my life in the best health as long as possible, which justifies the investment.

In that 12 months, you actually get three consults to review your blood panel (one initial consult, one 6 months in and another at the end of the 12 months). You will get prescription to medication to cover you for a period of 12 months if you follow through the blood test review and review consult schedules.

Also note, like all medical treatment or procedures, my results are unique to me and my circumstance, and it is not a guarantee that you will experience the same results. I’m sharing my personal experience with Low T Clinic.

Louise and the team at Low T have made such a wonderful difference in my life. Everything is made super easy, the process was clear and all my questions are addressed quickly. Been on their program a year nearly and they are on the ball every time. Highly recommend and super professional.

The admin team were really detailed with their guidance throughout, and the doctor patiently answered all my questions.
