The service here was without a doubt amazing! We were acknowledged by the sales rep who was busy with another customer and offered to call out someone from the back to help us (as she thought we were in a rush). We were fine to just wait and browse, but after a time the guy came out anyway to help.

He was so incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Putting up with our indecision and wants without making us feel like a burden for even a second. He wasn't satisfied with just getting the sale, he wanted us to be happy with our choice, have the best result and leave confident in our purchase. Which we did.

That review giving 1 start for a driving issue is just unfair and not at all representative of the service offered by these guys. Do yourself a favour and come see these guys.

went into this shop and they were incredibly helpful... really went out of their way.. Had a great selection, and pointed me to a shop that had the thing I wanted that they didn't stock... Products purchased were very good... highly recommend

Very happy with Tile Mart, service, tiles, and quality were fantastic. Daniella was very helpfull, we had two boxes that were broken, and she chased up the supplier, the same batch, and replaced tiles straight away !
