My search for Jordan Air sneakers led me to the Secret Sneaker Store Showroom in West Footscray, where I was served by Darren. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the sneakers in time for my Great Nephews Birthday. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and exceptional customer service. For this reason I highly recommend the Secret Sneaker Showroom and I will be shopping there again.

Great hospitality every time I visit the store, heaps sneakers and streetwear to try on, which are rarely found anywhere else honestly! If anyone are looking for hype stuffs, I highly recommend this store 100%. Hands down the best in Melbourne, even Australia🤪🤪🤪

i received a pair of Dunks as a gift and i didnt really like the color so went to exchange it for pair i want, the shoes havent been touched or worn and are still in the original packaging even provided a receipt and they couldnt even exchange it for the pair i want
