Very happy with my doors. Staff were all great from Ashleigh who with dealt with in the shop and was able to come and visit for a quote later that day. Matt who installed the door was friendly and efficient. Thank you Door Plus.

We were only coming to have a look and on meeting Ash we ended up with a new front door, a new flysceen door, a new back door and bought a barn door. While we were in the store, Ash was very approachable and has excellent customer service. He even came by to make sure all the doors were going to fit. We had our doors installed by Matthew, and he, too, was very professional and accurate. I just want to say a big thank you, and l will be back Ash for internal doors.

The saleperson Wayne was very cordial and helpful. He helped me in choosing the door, size and support after the purchase as well. The carpentor was also very good.

I replaced all the doors in my renovated home. Ash was really patient and helped me with my many questions. As I was on a time deadline, he came and measured all the doors to make sure we were able to start the process.

My doors were installed on the agreed date with some doors arriving earlier than expected. Ali did a great job hanging the doors- my house is old and crooked and it took a while to get them to fit.

We had seven doors installed ( one exterior) and from the day we entered the store to the day they were installed it was a very easy experience. Staff were friendly & helpful. We chose our doors and handles with the help of Nathan at Footscray Doors Plus and the installer Bill arrived at the time he committed too, worked diligently and cleaned up when finished. We are extremely happy with the result and would recommend DP Footscray to anyone.

We had 2 French doors installed yesterday. Gary arrived at 8am and spent the whole day to 6pm ensuring all the framing and install was done right. Couldn’t have been nicer and was happy for me to work around him painting the doors prior to their install. They look absolutely fantastic it’s completely changed the back end of our house. Would happily recommend

We got our french doors replaced today and couldn't be happier. Carpenter did a great job. Jacob at Doors Plus was really helpful and provided clear and frank advice about what we should go with. We had to change the date of installation a few times due to personal circumstances and Doors Plus always did their best to accommodate, even at short notice. Highly recommend their services!

Have used doors plus twice now and had 4 French doors installed, both look amazing and were dealt with by friendly reps and carpenters! One took 6 weeks to arrive, the other, 2 weeks, (they let us know of this timeframe beforehand) the new door frames and ledges were made to measure.Jacob and Peter were very helpful and accommodating and helped us out with fixing another lock as well.

The price for the installation of two doors was quite deer, which surprised me. The cost for two doors was $1750 and one door came with a discount applied.
I've never had the need to replace a door, so I didn't know the cost involved. We obtained another quote from Doors Galore which was the same. Apart from the cost, everything is so far going smoothly. The first door was installed and we are just waiting for the second one to arrive. Everyone we dealt with is very professional and the installation happenned on time. I'd recommend Doors Plus if you can't do the job by yourself. Otherwise, shop around and perhaps do some of the things yourself to save some $$$.

Jacob and the team at Doors Plus Footscray were just fantastic. He literally couldn’t do enough for us and was very good in relation to ensuring we bought the right product and got a great deal.

We were tossing up whether to stain or paint our timber doors so Jacob volunteered to drop over a piece of the timber they use so we could experiment (after we had paid in full).

Great customer service and work on the day by friendly accommodating chippies.

Highly rate the team at doors plus in Footscray. I dealt with Jake personally, he was nothing but helpful, patient and informative as he knew his product very well. The installation of the aluminium doors was very straight forward and streamline. Sam was the person who did the final onsite inspection and installation. I couldn't be more happy with his advice and service.

The level of service I received from showroom to job site was unprecedented. I was wanting to organise a big job to be done and I could not have made a better decision than to place my trust in doors plus. Not only did they meet my expectations but they far exceeded them. Ali, the carpenter was responsive, attentive,pro-active and took initiative from start to to finish. That is why it is unsurprising that the end product was ABSOLUTELY done to perfection. Bought a stacker door for my mother and it was ready quicker than expected (by a whole 2 weeks) and then we had a small issue afterwards. Fixed quicker so quick the stain almost didn't have time to dry. Jacob was the man when it came to supplying and getting this door.
