Very untidy house, had to reclean every dish beforehand that we wanted to use. TV didn't work, when they asked what time we would be there to send someone to fix it they sent someone out the only time of day we said we weren't going to be there. They increased the price twice throughout the year which we had to pay the difference after having to reschedule by one week with plenty of notice, even though we booked a year in advance. We used our own pillows and while staying placed the pillows provided in the wardrobe, after leaving we received a call asking where the pillows were, does that mean you don't clean the whole house? If they cleaned the whole house for the next occupants you would of found them easily. House has great potential if maintained properly.
