The service is warm and friendly, the food is fantastic and priced very fair. I read the reviews and feel those negative reviews are mainly on delivery. If u can pick up I suggest use this option. Btw I hope the owner doesn’t mind me saying but I also saw this business giving back the community and the interaction with other customers was as friendly as it was for me. Every staff member was polite and helpful. I don’t like that others have told in reviews to not support this business.

New owners know how to make pizza and pasta

I have been ordering from Il Castellos for a few years now, but ended up going somewhere else about a year or so ago just because I felt it was becoming a bit average. We got some last night from the new owners, the pizza is SO much better, staff are friendly, hygienic practices are being used and decent price! This will become my new spot again. Thank you!

My partner and I got pizza from here on our first date and it was absolutely amazing the owner even brought it out to the car for us. So for valentines day today we thought we would re-live our first date and came back. I ordered a pepperoni and asked them to make a love heart out of the pepperoni and they went above and beyond, I couldn't be more grateful for the effort they put in, it really made our valentine's day special and we will never go anywhere else to get pizza again. I couldnt recommend coming here more!!!

Despite messing up my order, charging me for someone else's order, forgetting the prawns on pizza, and there being a hair in my pizza, the customer service brings it back.
I appreciate this pizza place makes an effort to train the local kids and given them as much experience as possible. I can get over a hair.

Well it appears someone either made a deal with the devil or was blessed by God. This is the first time since the early 90s that I can remember eating a pizza that was not only very generous with the toppings but also miraculously had a base That wasn’t soggy in the whole thing just tasted great. Huge chicken snitz, chips are good and lots of sause in the container. Delivered nice and hot.
Also ordered the other day for pick up , they accidentally thought it was delivery and hadn't made it yet. They apologized and gave me an extra pizza. Customer service here is really good

This little pizza shop is an absolute delight! It’s the best in town! The prices are fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to make sure customers leave full and happy. I will be telling all my friends and family to support this great business and I look forward to coming back!

I bought the ribs and chip meal tonight, oh my god, the meat falls straight off the bone and the flavour of the lamb is so flavoursome. Best value meal you can buy for $15.50 around the area. Very highly recommend going here for the ribs. Great meal Debbie and Danny well done. You will see my again very soon for more of your delicious ribs

Tonight I had a nice little chat about the state of economy and the picked up what may well be the best vegetarian pizza I've ever had.
Loads of onions, capsicum, mushrooms, and olives. The perfect amount of cheese to hold it together, and honestly wonderful crust beneath it all.
10/10 would recommend!

The absolute BEST pizzas I have ever had! There is so much topping, always fast & hot delivery, the staff are amazing, super friendly & the price is also really reasonable! My favourite Pizza shop in South East Melbourne!

The customer service was absolutely excellent, I was served by a girl called Heather very kind and respectful. The pizza was amazing as well. I would rate it 18 stars out of 5 if I could!

First try from this place. I paid attention to the positive reviews. An hour later I call asking for my pizza. Was told it's put the door now, we've been busy. 20 mins later o call again. I'm told there's 5 orders before mine. It better be a good pizza or my next review will be scathing after my dealings with the manager. The real manager delivered and was extremely apologetic with the offer of a credit to come back. For that they earned 5 stars
