I have purchased several items and have loved them all items. I recently I purchased a denim skirt, when I received it the zip was broken, I emailed through the web site and was promptly sent a sticker to return the skirt, I sent it off and in 2 days I had a new skirt arrive and a voucher!!

They were incredibly helpful and prompt with their service. You so often do not get any care from online stores, you just feel like a number, Mirror Mirror was just lovely. Plus I love their range, a bit different, affordable but still special. Good work ❤

The dress was out of stock so I requested an email notification if the dress came back in stock. So glad I did this as I bought the dress finally after receiving 2 notifications. (I’m a bit slow checking emails!) I love ❤ this dress. Quality is amazing. Really happy with the overall experience.

I’ve made several purchases from Mirror Mirror and their clothing is gorgeous! Great quality & true to size (mostly- I’ve had to return a couple of items that have been too small). Any time I’ve emailed for support the customer service has been super friendly & helpful! The Clay Aerin Trench is an absolute favourite- it’s stunning! I get compliments about it all the time. I had to take up the pants from the Toronto set and the La Paz set (pants pictured) as they’re SUPER long (had to have them taken up by about 4 inches!) but they’re gorgeous pants! Super comfortable and flattering.

Buying from mirror mirror was very easy. The clothing arrived wrapped nicely. Unfortunately, one item did not suite me, however, I was quickly issued a credit note for a future purchase.

Good quality for an affordable price range. Peice’s are lovely with great designs and shapes. Sizing has been really good too, very much a standard fit for the sizing.
