Can't praise the duo of Brett Jackson & Julie enough for their professionalism & kind, informative demeanour.
Brett is a great surgeon, having done both of my AC Joint excision surgeries (Left & right shoulders, lucky me). Invested & caring, both of them are fantastic at their respective professions.
Don't doubt that they will look after you, it is a given.

I first came to meet Mr Brett Jackson 6 years ago when I tore my right knee Meniscus . He performed an arthroscope to fix my knee . He is very professional in the way he explains the how and why . Which made me feel very comfortable and set my mind at ease . Fast forward to 2022 and the left knee obtained the same injury . There was no hesitation from me that I would only go back to see Brett to find out the next course of action . One week on I’m recovering well from the same surgery .
I must also say that Mr Jackson’s assistant Julie is amazing . Always remembered me when I called for an appointment was friendly kind and understanding. Whilst maintaining a very professional manner when conversing via emails . Thankyou for everything and I would hesitate to recommend

Dr Brett Jackson is wonderful and he gets five stars without a doubt, how ever the receptionist July is extremely rude and has no agenda to help any patient.
I tried calling her numerous times and tried to book an appointment she has always told us no go through the hospital in a very rude disgusting manner.
I told her my mother is in extreme pain and all we want is to make an appointment to discuss some things and just ask for some advice.
She at couple of stages actually hung up on me.

I asked her numerous times and numerous occasions can you just please book an appointment we are happy to pay and just want to have a chat with the doctor but for some reason she just didn't want to help us.

I have finally been able to get an appointment today with doctor Brett Jackson for January. Because had to be persistent over the phone with July as she just argued and rudely kept on declining my request.
At the end of a long lengthy discussion that should of taken a minute I got an appointment I wish I was more persistent in the past.

I have never dealt with a person so rude that is a front facing customer service staff.
If anything July should have exceptional customer service skills as she is representing a outstanding doctor.
Brett Jackson has all the abilities of a outstanding doctor, he is easy to chat with and very knowledgeable but I am sorry to say Brett, you have a receptionist that is giving you a bad reputation.

I would like someone to reply to this review as I need some assurance that someone is listening and this doesn't go unheard.

I really do apologize if I have said anything in this review to offend someone but I hope U can understand my frustrations.

I thoroughly recommend Brett. I was referred to him as a someone who won't operate unless he felt that it is necessary and this was certainly true. He managed my expectation well as my surgery went better than indicated. Not to say that the original prognosis was bad.

The only thing that I would mention is that follow up treatment and physio is critical, this is something that I could've done better, but this my responsibility. As this brought me back to get it checked out again, but Brett helped me identify the problem with no need for further surgery.

I found Julie very down to earth and friendly, she remembered my name and everyone else's that came in and treated everyone with familiarity, which is kind of refreshing.

I was referred to Dr Brett Jackson to have two hip arthroscopies and both have gone perfectly. He is an incredibly competent surgeon and has made me feel very comfortable and listened to in the multiple pre and post op appointments I've had with him. I have also had a fantastic experience with the Practice Nurse Julie, who has always been incredibly helpful and friendly with any requests, and remembers my name every time I visit. Highly recommended.

I first met Brett in November 2018 and found him to be a very quietly spoken person. A complete professional. I didn’t take his advice about my knee at the time but ended up going back to him. I had my surgery in February 2019 just as Covid hit us so I was one of the lucky ones who was able to be done. The doctor looking after me while I was in hospital was Dr Lightfoot if my memory serves me right. He told me that Brett will give me a great knee but only 50% is in the surgery, the other part is you and your rehabilitation of what you put in. We’ll just shy of two years I can tell you that my knee is fantastic and I’m back to doing all the things I was doing post surgery except running. The entire experience with Brett to his surgery manager Julie was nothing short of brilliant. If you’re looking for a top surgeon this is your Doctor. Just one other thing if you don’t do the rehabilitation then you won’t get the results.

Brett was the most wonderful surgeon we have ever met. Explained what was wrong with mum clearly. She is now walking pain free. Highly recommend.

Dr Brett Jackson was my hip replacement surgeon. I could not be more happy with my experience. From the moment we met to the end of my procedure I felt very comfortable and confident with my whole process. Dr Brett Jackson came highly recommended and I'm glad I followed through. Broke my ACL, PCL and MCL in a road accident, came to Mr Jackson for help. Mr Jackson fixed all three in one swift operation. Woke up few hours later with medication but no pain at all!. Now I'm 3 weeks into my recovery, off medications, my knees has no pain at all, I can focus on my recovery and physio. Thank you Mr Jackson! And I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for knee surgery.

I have just had my second total knee done by Brett Jackson fantastic specialist would reckon him 100&.His secretary Julie is fantastic to can always answer you questions .😊😊

I Met Dr Brett Jackson ,in March this year 2022.I had to have a hamstring reconstruction ,after slipping.He was amazing and a thorough,from the first appointment..Highly reccomend Brett and his team.Also a massive shoutout to Julie who runs Dr Brett Julie is the backbone,,so helpful and follows through with everthing ,every single time .Highly Reccomended.

Please people beware that this company has cancelled 4 times! While my father is unable to sleep from pain. 12 January 2021...27th January...22of April 21 April now he has to wait till September!!!!! looking elsewhere. And the reception said go to hospital. Disgraceful and totally uncaring and not professional. Lucky it's not a heart problem!
