Absolutely beautiful and lovely, the shop itself is an art!
The shop owner even asked me if I wanted a cup of tea when I just stepped into.
I brought many gifts there and really enjoyed purchasing there.
I was so glad that I chose the shop for my last stop in Melbourne, I will definitely come back!

Visiting this store is like taking a step back in time. The product, the hospitality, the atmosphere - are all exceptional. My favourite store to buy gifts ❤ And dogs are welcome!!

The Hub never fails to deliver on every gifting occasion. I had a wedding last week and Jessie helped me to choose the perfect gift, helped me wrap it and choose a card. The customer service is exceptional, the product range is divine and I'm so lucky to have this as my local go-to for present buying (and little treats for myself too). What a treat it is to peruse the merch in this interestingly curated store situated in a quiet street in Collingwood.

Lots of things to peak your interest. And as much as I tried to resist the temptation I left with a beautiful book on well-made Italian goods.

I was offered tea whilst I perused. The store and the staff were enchanting. There were a couple of fire sources to keep the place cosy on an autumnal day.

Worth a look if you love beautiful quality products in a well presented format.

It will be a regular on my must-pop-in places when heading into or through the area.

A convenient 15 minute parking spot opposite the entrance on weekends is also another encouraging reason for a quick stop. Just keep your eye on the time!

A hidden gem. This is one of my favourite homewares stores selling many unique and stylish pieces. Lots of old school trinkets and fashionable accessories. The store is beautifully presented and the staff are friendly and attentive. Plenty of free street parking on Langridge or Cambridge Streets. Highly recommended and worth a visit.

When you walk in and get offered French Earl Grey tea to sip while you shop, you know the scene is set. So many beautiful and unique things to buy and admire. Modern mix of new wares displayed amongst vintage shop fittings. It was truly a wonderful shopping experience. Make sure you allow time to meander.

I stumbled upon this magic wonderland of everything I need and I could make do with in the Hub General store. Oh my heart melted when I put my head in through the door, for a moment I thought it was a dream I was in NYC or the old town in Quebec or Neals yard in London, I wasn’t though.
This place needs to go on your must visit list. If you need a gift for a house proud soul that maybe has everything The Hub General Store could be the place.

Amazing hidden place. You can find a lot of designer furniture here. The staff is nice and they served herbal tea and pastry. The atmosphere of the shop is quite good.

This is the most wonderful hidden retailer & curator of all things fabulous. There are treats & treasures everywhere you turn. It has everything you want, but don't really need. (But really really want!!) Gorgeous staff. Great pricing. The perfect place to purchase lovely individual pieces as gifts at a range of price points. A wonderful experience!

I love this place. It's the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. It's so calming in here, and with a fantastic selection of high quality items from stationery to homewares. It's my go to for gifts, and I can't help but always leave with a little something for me too.

I think this is the most beautiful shop I have ever been in - and NO, I don’t need to get out more. I was offered tea and perhaps a scone? but I had to be somewhere. I still managed to buy 4 items for Christmas presents (because everything I looked at yelled someone-I-love’s name at me.) I can’t get back fast enough.

Super cute shop chockablock full of great gifts and bits and bobs. Especially cool kids stuff. Free scones with jam and cream baked in the in house Aga stove and gingerbread turtle biscuits - amazing touch!
