I have been a member here on and off for apprix 4 years, I highly recommend this team for your fitness journey. F45 Ngunnawal is the best! I'd never done f45 and was a little nervous to join but the trainers are so welcoming and encouraging, also make the classes fun! Everyone should give it a go, it's a good way to get your exercise journey restarted!

It's too small, they said, little did they know this was exactly what we were seeking. Big friendly giants who are also quite timid and shy. That was a week ago, when we first walked in. Today, he's finally showing off and I'm comfortable to ask how to do this and that. F45 Ngunnawal Team make you feel like you're at home. Joined F45 Ngunnawal for a month when I was visiting family in Canberra. Super friendly studio that made me feel welcome straight away. Luke is super knowledgeable and a great trainer. Thanks for a really enjoyable month… I will be back!

My partner and I joined here two weeks ago and we already feel apart of the team. Joe, Alyssa and Eliza have been absolutely amazing to us motivating us and treating us like friends as have the rest of the team. I’m indebted to the Crew at F45 gungahlin for life, it’s changed the way I look and feel. The most special thing about this place is that they are focused on their members and understand that everyone has different reasons/motivations for exercising. Group training is all about the staff, the trainers here are very good humans.
