Discovery Childcare and Education

Hands down the best daycare in the eastern suburbs.
After visiting 8 places and investigating 21 in total online. I am so so glad we chose discovery.
The educators are absolutely incredible, they treat the kids with so much empathy and respect. They really take the time to get to know them and play to their strengths. My sons confidence, literature and overall interest in learning absolutely blossomed the moment he started at discovery.
For a nervous first time mum, it is so nice to drop your kid off and be confident you are leaving them in safe, enthusiastic and engaged hands. A friend of mine works for a music group that does music classes once a week and she was filling in there for the first time and as an outsider she Ben she said to me the place is second to none and the educators are so much more attentive and engaged than other places.

My daughter has been attending discovery since she was 10months old beginning in the nursery, now 3.5yrs old and just started the kinder program.
We have been so happy with the centres caring nature towards the children but equally impressed with the education they provide.

My kids were blown away by the dinosaur! We were welcomed by lovely educators in the kinder space before viewing the yard. The water features and the unique indigenous artwork had my children excited and not wanting to leave. The lunch that had just been served also looked amazing!

Couldn’t not recommend Discovery childcare and Education highly enough. If I could give more stars I would.

The facilities, staff, incursions/excursions and all the activities provided by this centre are absolutely fantastic.

We have 2 children attend this centre since they were 6-8 months old, with our oldest having just graduated.

They are both extremely happy to go to childcare and each day, so that they can see their friends and their educators.

All the educators are extremely supportive and caring to the children and families, as are the managers.

Did I mention they have a coffee machine?!
10/10!

I've got to say Discovery Croydon is hands down one of the best child care in the eastern suburbs , to be honest my boys have only been to 1 but we ain't got no plans in moving them, and if we did it be so hard to top it.
Their educators are so friendly and experienced so it's easy to leave my boys in their hands. The venue is immaculate with lots of toys and activities for the kids to learn and play. having said that if you're looking for a child care centre that will tick all your boxes swing pass Discovey Croydon and thank me later !

My son has been attending discovery since we first moved to Melbourne in 2021. These guys are like family! He absolutely loves going each day and staff, both managment and educators have gone above and beyond to help my sons growth, we will be sad sqy goodbye one day. My son is on the spectrum and definitely is not the easiest to work with at times, yet i have never had a staff member complain. Instead they work with me. I don't know what i would do without discovery!

Discovery Croydon is a wonderful and welcoming early learning environment where children are supported through their growth and milestones. Educators have strong relationships with children which is extremely important. Sarah and Tegan are very helpful and supportive, they clearly have a lot of knowledge and experience. I Cannot recommend this centre enough!

Discovery Early learning is an amazing service! Centre director is so welcoming and lovely! I love the outdoor spaces especially the water features! 10/10 would recommend!

We have two children that attend discovery Croydon and have found the centre to be friendly and welcoming each time we attend. Both children have attended from the age of 8 months old and as they have moved through each of the rooms we have been impressed by the room set ups, activities and dedication from the staff. The extra activities and incursions organised by the centre have been amazing and the personalised feedback from staff to support our children has been outstanding. We highly recommend this centre.

Our son currently attends full time in the nursery room, we’ve been so amazed with the whole team at Discovery.

The nursery team really go above and beyond and have made my son feel so welcome, each day we pick him up he is always happy and engaging in exciting and fun activities! Thank you Discovery and a special thank you to Zoe and her entire team in the nursery room.

This day care has been amazing the last 6 years we have been here. Wouldn’t want to see our kids anywhere else.

Discovery Croydon is not only a wonderful centre but has an incredible atmosphere. The educators are more than supportive and kind, they go above and beyond for each child and family. Discovery offers all children a wide range of experiences such as gardening, cooking, adventures, fun and messy activities and of course many numeracy and literacy learning experiences.
Overall Discovery Croydon is a fantastic childcare centre and ensures every need and want of all children are met !!!

Jamie and the team do a wonderful job of maintaining the highest standards of quality education at the centre. All the educators are qualified and put in a heap of effort to make each day different for the kids. Our child joined the centre a year back and we have truly seen her grow in so many ways. It is so lovely to receive a detailed update at the end of each day. We are very grateful for everything the educators do to help our child be the best version of herself.

I have just enrolled my baby in the nursery. The team is fantastic. Tamarra ensured we had a smooth orientation and the staff are so professional and attentive. I am looking forward to seeing how the team continues to work with us as a family and watch my baby grow and develop there.

The is the third childcare center our girls have been to, and it is by far the best one we've had. The facilities are beautiful, the food is fantastic and the curriculum, activities and educations are all amazing. We are so happy we made the move to Discovery Croydon. I feel confident in knowing that my own parenting is being supplemented by the wonderful work that the dedicated staff at Discovery do. Our girls love it there and they are learning so much. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been at the centre since she was four months old and has now graduated from the kindergarten in 2021. The educators always went above and beyond to ensure she was happy during her time there. She always enjoyed the incursions and excursions provided by the centre and the program has made me confident that she has all the skills necessary for her first year of school.

My daughter has been attending discovery for 8 months and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. We chose Discovery for the facilities and the programs on offer. We looked at many other centres in the area and struggled to find anything that compared.
The educators are fantastic - professional and extremely caring. The food is prepared by an onsite chef and is very healthy.
My daughter is very happy at this centre and we are completely comfortable leaving her in the care of the team at Discovery.

I absolutely love Discovery. The center has a very welcoming, and friendly atmosphere with qualified and caring staff.
It has a very structured schedule full of physical activities, group times, art works and so many other adventure program for kids.
The center has plenty of space with age appropriate toys and it is always really clean.
I am so happy to send my son there and I highly recommend them.

Has a great kindergarten program and the educators show love, patience and they help new children settle. We love the big open rooms and they have a great outdoor space where the children love to play.
