Goodstart Early Learning Mill Park - University Drive

This is such an amazing centre! My child has attended for 2 years across 3 rooms/age brackets and all educators have been professional, caring and child focused. The centre has a community feel from the moment you enter. I've recently toured local preschools, which reinforced what a gem this centre is. Thanks to all the staff who make this centre so great!

My son has attended this wonderful centre for over a year now and every single day that I drop him off is a day that I am so glad I made the choice that I did. I toured many centres, and as an Early Childhood Educator myself, I was incredibly fussy when choosing.
Goodstart University Drive ticked all my boxes and has continued to do so ever since.
The centre holds such a homely and community orientated feel, while also encouraging and facilitating education of children in such a seemingly effortless way.
The Centre Director Neeru is so warm and inviting, and the entire team that works within her centre is equally as fantastic. It's not just my son's WONDERFUL permenant room educators that care for him and know him, but every staff member. Permenant educators in other rooms, breaks relief staff, the centre cook, as well as the whole management and admin team genuinely go out of their way to take notice and get to know not just my son, but myself also, making it so easy to build and maintain trust that my son's needs will always be met.
The centre really is built entirely on the back's of such professional and caring educators that have all contributed to helping my son reach milestones, celebrating his successes and showing concern when needed.
And the best part is, now that my son is talking, he comes home and tells me all about how great his day, his teachers and his friends are, and about all the cool things he learnt.

When my daughter started at the centre,I was very nervous because she was transitioning from another good start centre that closed down across the road. From Day 1, the all the staff at the centre made sure I was informed about everything. Neeru and Stacey made the transition so easy and are always approachable. The junior toddler room staff (Monisha, Ram, Natalie and VJ) are the sweetest ladies, always making sure my little girl feels supported and cared for everyday. All the other staff at the centre have also helped my girl thrive and helped her in achieving her milestones and supporting her growth. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, as a mother I couldn’t wish for anything else 🙏🏿

The centre has been amazing while my child transitions into care at Goodstart Uni Drive. Neeru and Stacey have made the enrollment and CCS process easy and seamless while the educators and teachers have made my child feel welcomed and excited to go to care each day!

As parents, we are happy with the decision we made of enrolling our toddler at the Goodstart University Drive centre in Mill Park. Everytime our daughter comes back home from her CC day, she seems very happy and learns some new skills each time. I would really like to say that the educators are all very nice and nurturing and take really good care of all children in their room. All staff members including admin, directors and educators are are very approachable and are swift to respond via phone, the CC app and email. There are regular excursions arranges for kids , lots of new and interesting activities and meals for the kiddies. Overall , we are very happy to see our little one thrive at this centre.

The layout of the centre is also good and allows all rooms to have good light and ventilation and access to the play areas.

I would highly recommend the centre for anyone who is thinking about enrolling their child here.

I have had both my boys here since they were 6-7months old. Ive been very happy with the care they receive from the educators. Both of my boys have learnt so much and i really appreciate everything they do.

We have been apart of this centre for 7 years, across our 3 children. They are like family and have always treated our children as their own. The quality of care and educators are second to none, they all go above and beyond to make sure all children thrive in their development.

All the staff and centre management are very caring and extremely responsive with any and all queries I've ever had.
They are genuinely invested in the care and welfare of all the children who attend this centre.

I believe that in the short time my youngest daughter has been in care at this centre there has been significant positive changes to her speech, behaviour and interactions all thanks to the brilliant educators and the wonderful program provided. All the children are kept creatively engaged throughout the day and are made to feel so at home.

Some highlights for our family with our children have been the amazing Kinder program which included swimming lessons, bush kinder, library, sports days, farm visits, lunch excursions & lots of community visitors to expand their little minds.

The centre always has events celebrating, acknowledging and highlighting all days of significance where the children are able to learn and embrace all cultures.

I would highly recommend this childcare to all!

Highly recommend this amazing service. Incredibly experienced and nurturing educators.
The teachers are passionate about scaffolding each child’s individual learning was making them feel safe and secure in their environment.
Parent feedback and communication is outstanding.
Children have so many opportunities for exploration and learning and they also have frequent incursions and excursions.
They also welcome family involvement and community engagement and run many family events throughout the year.

I have been a family at the centre for over 7 years and I cannot speak highly enough about it.
Having worked as an educator myself previously, I know what to look for and this centre has it all.
Amazing teachers, educators and leadership team who are professional in their approach, yet you can have a laugh with them.
Amazing programs, including excursions for the little ones and lots of community visitors to expand their little minds.
And we always see lots of events in the centre celebrating, acknowledging and highlighting days of significance.

Brilliant staff who are wonderful with children and help parents navigate the world of childcare. Centre management are lovely and the educators are well experienced and caring. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GoodStart Early Learning Mill Park university drive is the best childcare where you want your child to be, the educators are amazing, the management team are great specially when you are going through financial difficulties…. Etc

I have had one child go through and two children currently still at the centre. Amazing place with a great culture. Cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly and approachable team, well looked after my son, will recommend it.

Taken me 10 months to write a review as I just didn't have the words for what I had to endure......

If you're are going through separation or are separated parents, this place takes sides and treats one parent like a criminal.

Physically force you into a waiting room whilst other parents can watch their kids when waiting for pickup...
Won't involve a parent in decisions when court orders are in place.
Won't communicate with a patent when court orders are in place.....

From the centre manager, area manager to head office, absolutely disgusting.

For the educators, I feel bad giving a bad review as they were excellent and i could not fault to be honest.

I missed parts of my daughter's kinda highlights due to a very bias centre manager.

Shame their manager let them down in a big way.

Bottom line, if you are separated, avoid.

Sorry to the educators at the centre who may read this, you can blame the manager at the time ..
