Norm is very friendly and hospitable. Cottage was very clean, well equipped with plenty of room. The personal BBQ on the deck was most convenient. Pool was great to swim in after a hot day. Great place to stay when visiting the Prom. Pleasant rural outlook includes some cows and sheep. Laundry facilities were very useful. Highly recommended. For the money it exceeded my expectations.

I just spent 4 nights at the lodge with my walking group of 14 men

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the property was set up to cater for us. Twin electric BBQ’s undercover, a great big wood heater with plenty of firewood, huge kitchen, 4 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 showers, lots of tables and chairs and couches and 2 reverse cycle air cons as well. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property is well maintained and managed by our host Norm, and the location was very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by 10 acres of serenity. Nice pool and laundry as well. We walked on 2 beaches, Sandy Point and Shallow Inlet and played golf at Royal Foster. Checked out pubs at Foster and Fish Creek. Beautiful spot all round. We had plenty of big cook ups and lots of fun for 4 nights in winter. Everyone really enjoyed the trip.
Highly recommended for big families (up to 20) and large groups such as ours. “The Oskas” walking group from Dromana VIC.

This was such a great place to stay! It offers privacy, with well-built cottages dotted throughout a beautiful garden setting. The accommodation has everything you need and was absolutely spotless. We enjoyed native wildlife coming right up to window and there are birds everywhere in the gardens. The host, Norm, was very knowledgeable about the local area and attractions.

Lovely stay close by Wilson's Prom - about 20-30min away depending where your stop is.
Clean and spacious cabin with lots to cook with.

Cute cows just opposite our cabin were a pleasant surprise! Saw lots of stars where we were too.

Only gripe is that nearest IGA is 20min away - recommend to stock up for your whole trip so you can make picnic sandwiches and dinner in.

This was our second visit to the Cottages, having stayed at a similar time in 2022 (Mid March.) This visit March 2024. A quick phone call to Norm, the owner, was all it took to book in and we travelled from Gordon near Ballarat. The South Gippsland Highway is a good safe drive all the way from The end of the Monash freeway these days after recent upgrades. We were in one of the larger brick cottages and it had everything we needed and although we only stayed 3 nights it could easily have been a comfortable residence long term. Clean, comfortable with lots of space, plenty of natural light and has both reverse cycle air con and a wood fire for the Winter months. The position is everything. 20 minutes from Fish Creek and 4 minutes from Sandy Bay, which has a kiosk with milk bread etc and great coffee at a pop- up caravan. Substantial town of Foster with supermarkets, butcher, bakeries and great op shops is 30 minutes away. A 20 minute drive has you at Wilsons Prom entrance gate and an hours drive gets you to the epicentre of the Prom at Tidal River. It is a short drive to Waratah Bay and Sandy bay with a long, flat beach for fairly safe swimming or long walks at low tide. Walkerville, which has wonderful rockpools at low tide, is also 20 minutes away. Driving to any of these locations gives great views of South Gippsland mountains, the Prom itself and Bass Strait. Norm was always around to offer assistance and a friendly smile. Rates are very competitive for this part of Victoria. Highly Recommended. We will be staying there again soon.

Clean and well equipped. Norm is very friendly. Nice location close to Wilsons Prom with general stores about 10-15 minutes away. My kids had fun at the pool and playground.

We stayed in one bedroom cottage. Very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. We were there for four days and really enjoyed it.

Cottage three was lovely cozy comfortable. With two bathrooms for two rooms was perfect for my friend and I.
Great spot for us as we explored wilsons prom.
Beautiful surrounds and our cottage backed onto grassland where wallabies appeared early mornings and evenings.

Absolutely brilliant trip away staying at Prom Coast Holiday Lodge! Norm was an absolute star when I needed to amend my booking last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The cottage we stayed in was fantastic! Comfortable beds, beautiful surrounding and great value for money. Would highly recommend!

Stayed in Cottage 1 - super quiet. Accommodation had everything we needed and was spotless. Loved the chickens and cows and the grounds were very well maintained. Centrally located to all the sights in the prom but make sure you bring all the food you need as the nearest decent supermarket is a 20 minute drive to Foster. No problem if you plan to visit anyway though, otherwise you can pick up the basics at Sandy Point General Store 5 minutes away.
Accommodation was well priced, especially considering we stayed during school holidays. Have paid much more for horrible accommodation and this place was top notch.

We had a friends wedding there and the place was lovely and accommodating. Very quiet area not far from gorgeous beaches. Recommend if you want a getaway from the city. The views of the stars were incredible!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Prom Coast Holiday Lodge. The cottage was warm and cosy (for a cold few days in December!!) but it was well equipped and we found it very easy to access the Prom where we wanted to do some walking. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for the Christmas 2021, and will go back in the Christmas 2022. 😄
The Group Lodge is such a spacious and nice place to stay. Stunning view from the backyard, Hugh play area and build-in trampoline, volleyball ball court, basketball court in front of the lodge for the kids to kill time. Lovely swimming pool.
More importantly, Norm is a super friendly host.
We enjoyed our stay there last year. Hope to have another good time this year.😊

Gorgeous location. Stayed in a 1 and 2 bedroom cabin. Both were spotless and well equipped for all our cooking needs. The 2. bedroom has a wood heater and spa which was so nice on those chilly nights. The property is also fantastic with pool, playground and inground trampoline. I met Jenny the property owner and spoke with Norman over the phone, very lovely owners. The overall value was incredibly good and only 15 minutes from the prom entrance. Highly recommend anyone staying here.

This place is amazing! There were 21 of us and we didn’t leave the whole weekend! The cabins are beautiful and spacious with everything you need! The lodge was incredible, so big and spacious with heaps of fridge space and 2 dishwashers 👌🏻 Big deck to socialise on and right next to the pool which was heated and lovely and clean! The volley ball net, trampoline, basket ball court and playground were a bonus too! The farm animals were cute too! Norm is lovely and was very accomodating with our large booking. Will 100% be back here!

We had an amazing time! Perfectly located to drive to many of the Prom coast tourist destination.
Our loft was perfect for the girls and I, we felt safe & secure, our unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The girls loved the pool (even though it was cold) and spent a couple of hours in there when we had a non beach day! Perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful part of the world. We will defiantly be staying again!

We absolutely loved our getaway to Prom Coast Holiday Lodge. It was the perfect location close to Wilsons Promontory, beautiful beaches and nearby towns for a meal out. The property itself is lush, green and quiet, and the cottages are so spacious with everything you need. We stayed in the cottage with the fireplace and spa bath - absolute bliss! The hosts are so welcoming and friendly as well. Highly recommend :)

Thanks Norm for our 3 nights stay in The Group Lodge. This is one of the best regional accommodation venue I have stayed in Victoria. The garden and landscape area was extremely well maintained which is a result of 24/7 efforts put in by Norm and his team. The Group Lodge was bigger than what the photos show and my favourite was the indoor log fireplace which made it warm and cosy during the nights. Layout of the lodge with 2 large rooms each end and spacious bathroom areas was very thoughtful. Kitchen and dining area was perfect for entertainment. Highly recommended 5 stars.
