I thought it was fine, not quite sure why people are complaining. The food was good especially considering the amount of people they had to feed. I don’t think the facilities were too bad they were well cleaned the only thing I would say is that the rooms may have been better with 1 or 2 less beds as it felt very crowded. Overall it was good, beach was nice even though we didn’t get to swim I understood why. Climbing Mount Oberon was challenging but very rewarding at the top. All the staff were friendly and the activities were ok. I’ve definitely had worse experiences with school camps so this was pretty good.

So I went on this camp a couple of months ago and this was most certainly my favourite school camp. The food was fantastic. There were many fun activities and by far my two favourite ones were surfing lessons and walking down at Wilson’s prom. The cabins were nice and clean and looked to be well maintained. All of the staff were really kind and they organised the activities really well. I would most certainly recommend this camp and if you are planning to go you will have a great time.

Fantastic place to stay during the school holidays.
Immaculately clean, so many activities, and staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. With great kitchen facilities, BBQ, pool, beach volleyball, and the massive rec room, we couldn't have asked for more. And to be able to just cross the road to the most amazing beach just topped off our stay. Fantastic for all ages as a holiday destination, and I can only imagine how much fun the school kids must have at your camp through out the year.
Thank you Waratah Beach camp, I give you 5 stars without hesitation and will most definitely be back.

This is a great school camp experience. Beautifully situated across the road from Waratah Bay, with amazing views of Wilson's Prom from the beach, and surrounded by lush farmland. This camp has a lot of opportunities for stimulating physical activities. Whether it's on the giant swing, aeroball, rockclimbing or surfing, this camp has a lot of options for a visiting school. The staff are all very professional approachable and friendly, whilst the camp itself runs with military precision. The high quality of the frequently provided meals also help fuel both students and staff as they work their way through every fun activity. We would definitely recommend this for any group. Thankyou for making our camp experience so positive and memorable.

Hi, Today we came back from Waratah Beach Camp,
On the first day there we had four activities and my favourite one was the giant swing!
On the second day we walked to chicken rock and went surfing!
On the third day we got to make our own lunch!
The food was stunning!
If you're going to Waratah Bay, then I highly recommend to make the most out of it as time flies there!

First time for the whole church to camp and it was simply fantastic. Hats off to the staff. As it's under one roof, we felt safe with kids enjoying and hanging around. We enjoyed the facilities and we all left smiling and refreshed. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating for our groups of uni students. Great location, isolated from other neighbours so we were able to make as much noise, and as late as we wanted. Facilities are top notch

Amazing guys to work with, helped make the camp the smoothest experience ever, even with close to 200 people squeezed into the campsite. Owner and manager are absolutely stunning with professionalism and customer service!
