New receptionist (older) lady is always extremely rude. I understand work might be stressful at times but working in a GP clinic is dealing with vulnerable people and a rude attitude shouldn't be acceptable. The first time she was rude I thought she was just having a bad day but I just called in today and she hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence??
