Immaculate signage. Whoever is keeping these signs clean is doing a great job, they must be a very good person. Can’t comment on the customer service as I haven’t shopped here, but the clean frontage is certainly inviting.

Clothes are great but the customer service was horrible, I tried on a crop top and asked the lady serving me if she liked it, she proceeded to tell me that I looked horrible, I ended up buying the top and her whole attitude changed while I was purchasing it, she was nice when I came into the store but then she saw the lgbtq pride flag on my bag and gave me very rude looks and was pretty rude in general.

I love the top, it’s very comfortable and great material, but I won’t be going back due to the customer service.

I was at Warrnambool for a holiday decided to go to cotton on me and my mate tried on a dress. I was wearing truckie pants and a crop top. Nothing else. The lady told me I stole the dress, even though I asked her to look at the cameras she wouldn’t. She only let me go when my mum came in.

Went shopping here today 3/7/2021
Absolutely disappointed that the sale lady chole decided to charge me for 2 $10 puzzles when she didn’t ask me if I wanted to purchase them or anything. Just proceeded to charge me for the puzzle and didn’t notify me. Very sneaky and unprofessional.
Then to have the another person try and blame me when I asked for a refund.

Disappointed today ( boxing day) sales are misleading and signage on windows and in store was very confusing. We were led to believe 50%off full price items when in fact charged full price at register. Then told it was only certain items on sale tables. These also only existed for the women's section and not the men's. Won't get too excited for next year 😒
