Energetiks Essendon

I always enjoy going there, the staff are wonderful, so helpful for a new dance mum. I met the owner of the business recently as she was just as lovely, it's clear why their brand is so reputable!

Always fabulous customer service at both the Essendon and Ivanhoe stores. Really a standout. They always take time to make sure everything fits and the kids are comfortable in their shoes/ leotard or whatever we are purchasing. They stock everything we need and if they don’t have a size, they order it in and it arrives quickly. Even my husband doesn’t hate going to Energetiks … and that’s saying something!!

Excellent customer service! The store assistant looking after me made sure I had everything I needed, gave good recommendations for products that would suit me best, and had a good range of plus-sized clothing/leotards. Such a friendly atmosphere in the store!

Been here over the years to buy stuff for my daughter's dance classes. Without the assistants help and knowledge, I wouldn't have a clue what to purchase. Every single time I've been here has been a positive experience and I'm grateful for it as I'm the most lost dance mum there is. Thanks for always being so kind and helpful!!

Ever so helpful. The young gentleman who greeted me continued to help fit me to my ballet flats with ease, friendliness and professionalism. I was then helped out by another gorgeous young lady to chose a few more other things needed. The store is well kept and presented. Very spacious.

Took my excited 11 year old daughter to buy a few accessories. The service from both Amy and Eliza was outstanding. Very helpful and professional and really invested in their jobs. They made my daughter's day. We will be back

I came with my sister and her children to buy some outfits. One particular staff stood out. She welcomed us as soon as we arrived and was super helpful. Her customer service is 10/10. The location is easy to find parking and has plenty of outfits for all occasions and sizes.

Just a shout-out to my local Energetiks store. I went there today to get more ballet shoes ribbons, after the first set of ribbons I got from another store (not Energetiks) turned out too short to tie after I had sewed them on! Either the other store cut them too short or I was supposed to get 2 sets for 1 pair of shoes (which I wasn't informed to do, nor did I think to ask, nor makes sense).

The young man who served me today was courteous and helpful, and when I got home and measured, one set of ribbon cut into 4 measured perfectly (even though I did buy 2 sets just to be safe). That makes so much more sense.

Picture to show how much shorter the sewed on ribbons were from the other store compared to the ones from Energetiks measured out. I'm very annoyed that I have to unpick the ribbons and sew new ones on, but happy that at least I got the right ones now, and that my local Energetiks store knows how to get it right.

I don't know if it has all your dancing needs covered, but it looked very close. Variety of shoes and clothing and very knowledgeable staff. Shoe fitting with kids can take a while, but it's done right.

The team here managed by Eliza are phenomenal in their customer service and product knowledge. I had no idea what I needed and the team made my experience so comfortable and easy. Walked out with exactly what I needed and a smile on my face. Will be my go to for all future dance needs, thank you!

My partner and I took our daughters in for ballet shoes... The shop is wonderfully presented but the staff were on another level. Eliza the store manager served us, she was amazing with the kids, entertaining them, engaging with them, made them feel incredibly welcome.She knew her stuff, and was incredibly pleasant. It was such a nice experience that I would return to energetiks for any of my daughter's dance apparel on service quality alone. If the owners are reading this.. then Eliza deserves a raise because we went in for one pair of shoes and left with two (the youngest didn't want to be left out of the experience) she's made life long customers out of us. Customer service like that is so rare. Highly recommended.

Eliza is a dream to buy from and provided in wonderful in store experience when buying a pair of Freed shoes. The whole team were great in clarifying the sale price and I received wonderful service from all the team. Highly recommend for any dance equipment.

Had a great pointe shoe fitting with Alyssa! She was knowledgeable, helpful and a great listener. Would highly recommend

Best experience in store i have had in a very long time. My daughter normally has a great deal of difficulty with getting fitted for point shoes. The qualified fitter was patient and was extremely knowledgeable. My daughter and teacher could not be happier

I've been there twice now with my 4yo daughter to get her ballet gear and both times the girls have been so lovely and patient it makes our shopping experience "a thing". We don't feel rushed or overlooked like we've been in other places because of our humble background and foreign accent.
My daughter feels like her opinion matters, and she is heard and understood and that makes me really happy.

Rarely have I entered a store that is full of happy energetic staff and have I been uplifted by their infectious personalities. Normally this kind of stuff feels fake and forced. Not the case here. Truly delightful people. Thanks ladies I'll definitely be back 😊

Had to pick some jazz shoes for my daughter. Went Sunday line to get in was very long but the tram was very professional and was very supporting. Well done team
