I am beyond words so happy with the customer service received from Jules at Intrigue on Rose. Her experience of over 20 years was very evident. Her approach towards was my daughter for her formal was so professional and made her very comfortable and confident with her advice. Thanks so much Jules for making this a non stressful experience. I love this boutique and will always visit when I’ve got a special occasion. They stock brands like Elliatt, Nookie Pasduchas & Talulah that I’d have to otherwise go into the city for. The owner is lovely, knows all her dresses & sizes intimately. The environment is welcoming and non judgemental unlike other similarly prices boutiques.

The one thing I’d recommend is if you’ve seen something you like from the website, call to check it’s in store as lot of their sale items are kept in an offsite warehouse.

Great customer service provided by the ladies even when they were busy with lots of customers! They stock the most beautiful dresses and were so patient with me and provided honest opinions to help me pick the right dress. Will definitely return, thank you!

Purchased a dress online, it promptly arrived but was abit big. I got in touch with the store to let them know that I'll be returning and exchanging for a smaller size. They kept the smaller size on hold for me, promptly processed my returned item, issued my credit note and processed my new order in record time!

In LOVE with this store. Some of the best service I have experienced. The staff absolutely know their stuff! This is one gorgeous little boutique you just want to return to and buy an outfit, even if you do not have an occasion on.....My daughter and I received the most exceptional customer service from a warm, honest and highly professional mother daughter team.

The ladies at Intrigue Rose street are so wonderfully helpful and honest when it comes to buying dresses and clothing. I needed a dress for a formal occasion and they found me ‘the perfect dress’.
