A fantastic experience with Sheen Panel Service Hawthorn.

I have a brand new Ford Everest Sport which experienced front panel and slight internal damage from an errant P plater. With parts scarce for the new Ford Everest/Ranger variants the Sheen Hawthorn team went out of their way to chase up parts with Ford whilst keeping me in the loop with clear and concise communication.

A loan car from their fleet kept me on the road which was clean and presentable.

A particular call-out to Peter who was honest throughout every step of the process, particularly when it came to sourcing parts. Greatly appreciated mate.

A superb professional service from craftsmen who clearly took pride in their work. The supplied hire vehicle was also of good quality and a similar size. The best!

Of the 5 places I called up in the area Peter and the Sheen team where the only ones to get back to me that day. Customer service was great, Peter was very clear about the price/process and my options. More importantly they listened to what I wanted and checked in along the way. Got me back on the road quickly too!

We’ve just had an extensive repair completed on the smashed rear quarter of a Toyota 86. Chris made the whole process seamless from start to finish. I had initially called Chris to enquire about the process, as there was the potential lawyers would need to get involved. He provided such thorough and careful information, that it just made total sense to use him for the repair.

The model at Sheen makes it a no-brainer as their lawyers and professional team take care of everything. A situation that had the potential to be highly stressful, was extremely easy to navigate.

They’ve turned the repair around in a short timeframe, and handed back a car that is spotlessly rectified, detailed, and ready to get back on the road. It looks better than it did pre-damage.

I would 100% recommend this business, and will not hesitate to use them again if I need a vehicle repaired.

Chris and Pete were awesome to deal with. They were super professional and happy to explain the process. Cant recommend them enough.

Went by to sheen panel service today as I had found wet silicon inexplicably along the side and underside of my car (presumably I had accidentally rolled over a silicon tube somewhere on the road). I didn’t have an appointment but the staff there were more than happy to come out and take a look and told me exactly what I needed to get to remove it. Worked perfectly and gave the advice for free. Thanks a heap for saving my paint work!
