Great communication, great service and Tom was fantastic. I live in a unit complex where it wasn't simple to place the wood easily on the front lawn due to a neighbour's car. Tom made it look easy and was lovely to deal with. Thanks Narangba Timbers!!

Narangba Timbers provided us with a professional and seamless service right from the reception team to the delivery guy. Margaret at reception was helpful and approachable, the delivery access was an issue however the driver said he would place the timber where we wanted and he achieved this with a smile. Narangba Timbers have made a tricky and worrying reconstruction job a delight! Their website is easy to navigate and informative. The efficiency of providing a quote quickly helped, with clarifying questions which helped us sort ourselves out. The resulting quote was highly competitive, prompting us to visit the yard to check the quality of the timber. The visit was a pleasure: friendly and well-informed staff, a reassuring view of the timber which is excellent quality. Placed our order which was delivered at a time to suit us. Purchased 6” hardwood timber fence posts. Great product at a very reasonable price. Best part of the experience was the sales team. Both staff were super friendly and knew what they were talking about which made me feel more at ease with my choices. Highly recommended……..☺👊🏻
