I have never felt the need to leave a negative review for any product or service before, and certainly not for a general practitioner. But, in this instance I feel it's absolutely warranted and necessary to do so. I would highly encourage anyone seeking professional medical care to avoid Nexus Primary Health in Kinglake altogether. They are totally incompetent; disorganised, lax and unprofessional. More importantly, Dr Areej has absolutely zero respect, empathy or duty of care for her patients what so ever. If no stars was an option that's what I'd be selecting.

The poor treatment and complete oversight shown at this clinic is astonishing. 4 days to submit an important referral. This took another GP ten minutes.

Nexus health kinglake has a terrible track record with poor health service. Brought my father in years ago as he was showing signs of a stroke and ambulance wasn't on the mountain, surely they can provide some care. Was told to return him home and call for ambulance. No duty of care there showed, what happened to seconds count with a stroke, I would of thought could at least provide an aspirin.

Today trying to see areej for a medical certificate, brought in 10 years of medical history and was rejected care.

Poor treatment from Dr Areej. Could use a refresher in the oath she took and what "duty of care" actually means.
