I went into Rebel a few weeks ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was happily served by Daniel. He was able find me a pair of Asics for that helps out with my Plantar Fasciitis. 10/10 service by Daniel and the cashier.

Went in to buy two 5kg dumbbells on April 8.
Didn't know where they were. I stopped Hayden who took me there and showed me the variety of them and explained to me the differences. There wasn't any 5kg on the floor. He went inside to the back and brought out a box of two, which were exactly the ones I was looking for, and also told me that they were 40% off. Other than that he was knowledgeable of the place and of the dumbbells, he was also very friendly. At the checkout, Stephanie was also very friendly and smiled all the time.
This was the first time I shopped at Greensborough Rebel Sport and my experience had been extremely positive. Cheers!

Great customer service! Took my son in to buy some runners today. The man that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us find the right shoe for practicality, price and the right style for my son who is really particular about that!

Fantastic service. Very tough times to be trading during covid via a very safe click and collect. Swiftly filled my order and even pumped up the volley ball I purchased. Would click and collect/purchase there again.

I came here to buy my wife tennis balls, Rebel delivered. All their balls were firm, fresh, and fragrant. Rebel also sells other things, like those weird energy gels for cyclists. That’s not an exhaustive list though. Five stars.

Looked for training weights at a reasonable price and as were 40% off great value. Staff were helpfull.

Called the store during lock down to check on availability of an item that shows as out of stock on the website. Craig went way above and beyond to make sure I could get the item even though his store didn't have it. Customer service the way it should be!

We were taken care of here by the great shoe team. With two young kids or wasn't easy for them to mangage our distracted attentions. But with patience and understanding we got out of there with well fitting shoes and two happy campers. It's not easy to be on your game all the time. Well done to the shoe team.

Visited the Greensborough store looking for a 60th birthday present. Alyssa was so helpful and patient and helped me find the perfect gift.

Often go to this store and always come out with something because this store always has something on special or something exciting to buy. This time i found the invisible socks and the price was reasonable as well. They have a huge range for sports equipment and gear. If you are looking for cheap t shirts you must go to this shop, they always have t shirts on sale.

Great experience at your Greensborough store yesterday, 18/9/19. A big shout out to "Holly" who went above and beyond to help me locate an item. She went as far as remembering where I worked, looked up the number and rang me personally to tell me she had located the item at another store., that she had put it on hold for me and had given them my details. I bought a skipping rope which snapped after three days. The store gave a refund with no quibbling. I do not blame them for the sub-standard skipping rope. It is the way the world is going. We are all doomed.

Ricardo was the best. Helped me out a lot with purchasing over a $1000 worth of clothes. Highly recommend visiting the store just to experience his service. Thank you Rebel Greensborough and especially Ricardo.
