I wanted to thank Rosa for always offering me a friendly service.
Today I came asking assistance for my broken zip on my zero black elsa casual sneakers, 👟 I had the white elsa pair on my feet, whereby my receipts were for both shoes. She looked down and saw the zip on my white pair were bent also and confirmed my feet were too wide for the slim fit design, where she resized me and suggested a wider shoe for the white.The black pair were replaced with a bigger size.

It's hard for me to find the right type of shoe as I have big feet. Got a really nice pair and didn't have to search for long. Thanks

We’ve been there a few times because they sell some really great shoes. Add to that the staff have always been terrific . . . they know what they’re talking about. They are attentive and courteous without being pushy which makes shopping for decent shoes a whole lot easier. I don’t normally write shoe shop reviews but these guys are great.

Lovely staff, especially Tina, who shows she cares about her customers. I don’t like shoe shopping at all but she made it really easy for me. She wasn’t pushy at all and gave me good advice.

I was assisted by Nick at the Plenty Valle store, He was very helpful and offered great customer service. He also helped me locate another pair when I needed to exchange the size. :-) The manager was also lovely and helpful with the exchange!!

Wonderful service

Went to this store last week. Only giving 2 stars as I still did get help with shoe sizing, however the 2 staff were so busy talking with eachother. Every time I approached them for questions or help it felt like I was interrupting a very important conversation which did not sound work related at all. I shouldnt have to feel like an intruder for asking about sizing when it would’ve taken 5-10 minutes max to assist a customer with sizing.

Sales lady with grumpy vibes yet obviously keen to make a sale, talking up shoes that were clearly ill-fitting. What a shame for such a store with some good products to be loosely sold on such poor basis.
