The vacuum cleaner I used was not the best and better at sucking your coins from your pocket than the dirt from the floor.

Consistently below average, always dirty machines are pretty old etc. Unfortunately in diamond creek there are no other options

Recent change in management has made this possibly the worst drive thru car wash I've ever experienced. Most of the vending machines were out of service, the drive thru car wash doesn't accept credit card anymore so you need to pay inside Shell first, the payment system they use to accept credit cards is extremely slow (the attendant was very apologetic, i feel sorry for him) and to make matters worse, after completing the drive thru car wash, my car still had soap on the doors and tyres which never happened in my prior visits. Safe to say, new isn't always better, and this new management is the perfect example.

WORST CARWASH EVER!

Disgustingly dirty, run down and uncared for. Mud and garbage everywhere. People clearly just dumping bottles, cans and other garbage into the carwash area. No-one managing or cleaning. Brushes worn out. Buttons on control panel worn and unreadable.

I will travel to another suburb to wash my car in future.

!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Worst car wash ever. Cannot read the display as it's all worn. What I thought might be the pre wash didn't even work. Dirty, old & so run down. The owners need to lift their game, perhaps check out some of your competitors as you are about 10 years behind.

Do not use the self car wash!!!! The brushes are horrible and will leave scratch marks on the car, even if you "rinse" the brush. Apparently my car came out of the factory looking like this.
