Luke is an absolute legend! Went in to store a few weeks ago for a new headlight globe & asked to have it fitted. Luke found that the problem wasn't a blown globe but something not connected back after car had been in repair workshop! He happily reconnected it, and headlight worked fine. We offered to pay for his time & service but he refused, he was just happy to help.
Thanks Luke, your customer service is extraordinary...give the guy a pay rise 😁

Thanks to all the team a Supercheap South Morang, had a really bad experience at Repco across the road. The staff at Supercheap where super helpful, I will only be getting my parts from Supercheap from now on.

The staff were absolutely fantastic here, went to buy a roof pod, it was going on special in 2 days but I needed it now to go away for a funeral. The lovely people brought the promo forward for me saving me $180. Legends. They were really helpful with the roof racks too!! Top notch

Friendly and I saw lady was talking to a bloke about engine . I know sexist but she had tons of knowledge impressed! I also saw at car park a guy was replacing battery for customer and I think he connected something inside car before removing old battery. Perhaps for keeping memory or tricking car computa? He seems to know what he was doing! Great work team!

This Super Cheap Auto is one of the best I've shopped at. I found the reps knowledgeable and happy to help.

The store is set out logically and things are easy to find. The lines are never too long, though I don't frequent at peak times.
