Australia Post - Lane Cove Post Shop

Just got great service from Kerry (a dude) who helped me figure out how to return 3 different boxes; what my options were etc and just generally looked after me. Waited 10/15 mins to get served but it’s Christmas time and the queue moved quickly

I had an issue with a returned parcel and Suda helped me tremendously! She was so kind and patient and helped me through the process! Thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Early morning delivery at the side door worked well. Efficient and curteous. And we have never had a problem with service at the main counter. Lane Cove post office does a good job generally.

The staff at Lane Cove post office were extremely helpful. I went to post a parcel this morning and they not only did everything extremely efficiently they managed to get me a significant discount on my business post account! I'm extremely grateful for their diligence and commitment to great customer service admits a challenging time for all.

Always competent, offering many services to people without the literacy or comprehension to self navigate the system, they have never got anything wrong for me in more than 25 years (touch wood). The poor ratings are a mystery to me.
