I always get my prescriptions here and find the staff very helpful. However they used to deliver my scripts for nothing and now costs me money to get their help even though I'm just down the road but as I don't have a choice I guess thats my problem!

Our go to chemist with friendly knowledgeable staff who greet us by name. Nothing is too much trouble. Free parking in front of the chemist.

Brought in my little-English-speaking friend last night to discuss a health issue. The pharmacist was just wonderful: listening patiently, encouraging my friend, then, most importantly, finding a couple of simple medications for him to try. This morning, the issue has already shown improvement, and visitors to our country are so impressed by the cheerful, friendly service they received. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Lisa has excellent customer service skills. She is very patient & knowledgeable and was able to help sort out my app problems and vaccination records for my cruise. Lovely to see her warm friendly smile which instantly brightens my day every time I pop into the store. True gem for this chemist.

I get most of my medication delivered and it’s always delivered the same day by a staff member with a smile. The app is easy to use and their prices with delivery are always adorable. Highly recommend this store and their delivery options.

The staff in this pharmacy are always so willing to help and truly care about my health and well-being. I have a severe chronic health condition and they are always so supportive and understanding. the assistants and the pharmacists alike always go way above and beyond to help me out, ordering special medications and helping with medication management. It really is so important to have a good regular pharmacy that knows your medical history and needs. They’re always run off their feet with customers, but that does not stop them giving wonderful service and taking their time to help. Well done to Mitch, Jayden, Bec, Les and the rest of the team. You all deserve the positive review. Only thing that isn’t great is how busy they (so it can take ages to get served at time) are and there is no room for them to expand and hire new staff. Well done guys, have a super merry Christmas!

The experience I had today was absolutely amazing!! The staff went out and above there way to provide me with knowledge and especially Taya! She was absolutely wonderful and absolutely knew her knowledge she definitely deserves a raise!!! 🙏

absolutely amazing experience. on my recent trip, I had to stop by the chemists/pharmacy for some necessities, and an absolutely lovely, helpful, and friendly employee helped me with everything I needed. I think her name was Tiffany, she truly went above and beyond to help me and provided service that has been unmatched by any other service I've encountered on my trip.

What can I say about the great service here. I was in isolation as a close contact and needed two scripts filled. I had recently moved to Narangba and had only used this pharmacy once since my arrival. Rang them and got on to Julie 🙏 who let me know exactly what they needed me to email them and explained that when they were delivered, the yellow and green originals would be needed. I also needed some personal items and Julie went down into the store to check a specific item was available. When it wasn't, she was able to suggest a very acceptable substitute. Items were delivered that afternoon, along with a few extra things for my "patience". I thought it should have been the other way around. I had also mentioned I needed RATs, which she advised were expected that afternoon.
The next day, Julie rang to see how I was (I was showing symptoms by then) and advised the RATS had not arrived, but were expected that day and promised to deliver them. Julie delivered them to the house after work that day and sent me a text when she was on her way and another after she had left them at the door. GREAT service delivered in a friendly, courteous manner.

When I say I have never experienced service from anywhere like this before I mean it. I walked in looking for wound dressings and was happy to browse and find what I needed but being completely honest, I started looking at wound dressings and must have looked like I was struggling because this kind voiced woman appeared out of no where asking me if I could use assistance. She then helped me find the correct dressing I needed all while asking about my day and keeping me feeling like I wasn’t just a customer. More businesses need staff like this lovely girl (I believe her name was tiffany).

I have never had a bad experience here. I have a pharmacy closer to me but I choose to go to this one every time because I always have a great experience. The pharmacist is so lovely and helpful and everyone that works there is so nice and positive and wonderful. Thankyou for being great and making a small part of my day better!

About to use their services again , first used them 11 years ago and several times over the years .
The shop is well stocked and staff and pharmacists have always been professional, I highly recommend them as they also cared for a friends dad in his last five years and were exceptional with care that deserved by a Veteran.
