Dr Firnaz is thorough and generous with his time, taking care to be sure the patient leaves knowing their condition is in good care. The friendly man at reception in the evenings, is absolutely delightful and kind, and puts a smile on your face even when it's late in the night. Such a gentle soul who does his job so amazingly well and runs that desk like no one I've seen. A credit to the clinic. We regularly see Dr Millawanna who offers outstanding care and goes above and beyond with his patients. Thank you Hanson Medical for your services and long working hours to accommodate patients.

Such a lovely receptionist he is so friendly and does an outstanding job greeting patients. Only thing is the time delay from appointment times made as children aren't very patient.

Dr. Rafeek is a very good doctor, she really takes time to listen to your concerns which is very important for a patient. The male receptionist is also polite and good at his job.

The main receptionist rinnos goes above and beyond to make sure everything is smooth and efficient. The drs are great to! thanks again for the amazing customer service

The medical staff are really helpful and super friendly, i went and got a blood test and the nurse was really friendly, dealing with the staff is easy and i love how helpful everyone was.

I’m coming to this clinic more than 2 years. Normally I’m coming to this clinic day time, but today I went to this clinic in the evening and I met with nice male receptionist. He is doing great job. He is very pleasant man.

The male receptionist that did night shift was fantastic. He was doing a 3 persons job as he was the only one at reception. He was putting a smile on patients faces. Every medical clinic needs to hire someone like this! God Bless

Never had any issues with this medical clinic. They are cordial with me and I see my doctors quickly, who ensure every concern of mine is heard. The receptionists are busy over the phone often and might sound rushed but once you get into the clinic and have a chat with them they are great.

I cannot thank Doctor Sisira and Rinos enough for the last minute squeeze in I was really anxious tonight to find a doctor and they were determined to fit me in! Appreciate the kindness. 🙏

Called here today when we couldn't get assistance from our normal GP to see my daughter who had been vomiting for hours with a very bad migraine. These guys squeezed us in. Reception staff and doctor were caring, compassionate, listened and provided a wonderful service. Can't thank you enough for the care and treatment my daughter received today

Consulted Dr.Vajna Rafeek. Very professional and caring service. The front end staffs are very helpful. They spent more time and resolved our insurance issue. Responded to queries promptly over email/phone calls. Highly Recommended to anyone.
