The Warburton Hotel, Wesburn - Bar & Bistro (The West)

My partner and I went this Saturday night that just went, and they were being absolutely thrashed. Restaurant basically full, kitchen and bar under pump and so many walk ins. We often go to the West as it’s one of our favourite pubs, and they nail it everytime. The staff were working above and beyond Saturday night, and as a fellow hospo person, it’s tough to watch but so great to see the team ace it. Such a great meal, even though it was a wait, and staff that genuinely cared about us. You all did amazing, even when there were people who were not understanding. Be proud of the establishment and staff you have, and keep it up.

Food was great. Exceeded my expectations. Sat outside in the beer garden. Could have stayed all.day if we weren't driving.

Great atmosphere in this lovingly restored old pub. Meals include all my favourites at pub prices, and friendly attentive staff.

Delicious food, friendly service in a pleasant setting. Will be back! We had the slow cooked lamb which was very delicious.

Would recommend, and definitely going back again soon.

This place is a family staple for us and we love the people, food and atmosphere. We love coming here every now and again. I would definitely recommend the West to anyone planing to to eat in the Yarra valley

Beautiful building with a spacious comfortable layout, gorgeous views, food was great and not overly expensive. And the service was friendly and engaging. Thanks for making us feel welcome and comfortable.
Parking was easy and plentiful, and it's easy to find at the junction there.

Great atmosphere, sensational food and really nice boutique beer from Hop Hen Brewery.

Great service and food. Beer garden is looking good. Lunch for 2 on a Friday. Husband said the steak was good and my flatty tails were nice too, (would suggest a little less oil in the batter) will definitely be back.

Went at a pretty quiet time due to the storms while up there, but staff were friendly and food was yum. Mixed Grill Parma was tasty and a generous portion.

1st visit. Great experience. We Had a booking for 60 people tonight. The staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and great all round. The food was amazing. Huge portion sizes, well presented, flavoursome, Great quality. Delicious. Definitely worth visiting. I’ll be back.
