One stop shopping - you can get all you need from this shop. Staff are friendly .Fresh meat , price compared to other shops in Melbourne area is cheaper that's why I go there once a month that takes 1hr drive from my place. More staff so you do not have to wait for long.
Communication through mobile, online etc is poor which needs to be improved. But it is understandable as staff are busy almost all time during the day.

I had a good experience. There meat is also very good, mainly marinated stuff... and staff is also very nice. This is my one of the favourite shop to buy meat.

This store sells almost all meat and fish items including goat meat. Gets really busy on weekends.

Posting one less star due to long wait on most days. It would be good to hire extra staffs on weekends to handle the crowd, owners could probably make more by avoiding customers turning away.

Service can be very slow. 4 customers waiting, 5 staff behind the counter but only one staff member serving. The others too busy chatting! Happens regularly. Seems staff prefer to cut up meat and chat rather than serving customers. Waited 5 minutes, then went to Coles instead to buy meat. If you are lucky enough to be served, meat is good.

Customer service is really worst.
Team is serving their friends without the token no’s. While rest of the people are standing in long queue.
Will never recommend. Quality of meat wasn’t good even got a lot of bones with less quantity of meat.

Waited half an hour for turn and then he said we are not cutting meat after 6 o’clock why you waisted my half an hour just need to put one notice that we are not cutting meat after 6

Overpriced meat compared to competitors but still kept going because of the proximity. Yesterday picked up some fish which turned out to be spoiled. Please work on the quality, price and level of service. Will wait for a month before going again to see if any improvement

I would not recommend anyone to go there never ever. They are ripping people off with fat and dirty stuff. I bought 1 kg goat curry and absolutely there was no meat. I wish I could return it back and recover my money 😡.

I love to buy meat and fish from this shop. But today, I got cheated. I bought 2kg chicken curry but found over 1 kg breast and other non standard pieces. Totally frustrated. Please remember reputation is the main thing. Hope they would not do the same in future

Absolute crooks. They display nice looking meat at front but pack out back. Got home to find that our 5kg for $50 Beef Curry pieces were not like displayed and just fat and bone pieces. Meat smelt off and I would not even feed to a dog. Waste of money.

Oh my God, such a pathetic experience we had....got the 3 small chickens and when came home thry smelled sooo disgusting and after cooking we can feel that the chicken is definitely an expired or old stock left over chicken given
Guy's, when you guys are charging soo much for the products we purchase don't you think we expect atleast something edible or a decent product....

Their customer service is terrible!
I arrived at a quiet time and patiently waited to be served as the staff were busy chatting amongst themselves. After getting the attention of a female worker, I was asked to get a ticket before she could serve me. I really didn't see the point in it seeing as there were more free staff than there were customers waiting. I didn't realise this shop had such poor reviews before posting mine! I am not surprised

Please don't buy it from there. Very bad quality of meat . Also they don't clean at all. Bought goat meat but full of small hairs. When I complained about it they just ignored and the owner knew about the quality of meat but they still keep selling it. Very much disappointed

The display price for lamb bbq chops displayed $16.99 they gave me another meat different from displayed one I ask why ? They said the one that’s here is $25. Dishonest and bad customer service
