I engaged Harry’s real estate services for my property in Melbourne on reference from one of my friend. I am very much satisfied with the services I received, probably much more than I expected from my previous experiences with other agents.
I briefed Harry on the current status of issues I was facing and gave my requirements to him and pretty much he did everything n gave me the best results.
Being interstate, I had to rely on my property manager completely for management of my property. Previous episode involved property damage by tenant, his eviction, refixing the house and getting ready for re-letting again. Previous agent mishandled the whole issue totally,upset the new tenants and made me suffer financially and emotionally.
Harry acted tactfully with both the previous agent and new tenant. He took over the property management from that agent and dealt with tenant so as not to cause any further damage to relationship with them than what had already been caused. At the end the tenant remained very happy throughout tenancy with no issues and are now leaving due to their personal circumstances. Property is back for renting again and Harry has already found nice tenants for me without keeping the property unoccupied after existing tenant is left.

Absolutely hopeless - if you say you have another inspection, books it so that it clashes and doesn't respond. Say if you pay more $$ responds and never gets back in touch. Phone numbers are invalid too - reroutes to some nether land
