What a great price, nice colour, great fabric and now we don't have to fight to get a spot on the sofa. Your team have been amazing to accommodate us and the delivery boys were very efficient and professional with timely tracking and delivery. We will continue to come back to buy from you. I went to a factory sale they were holding in South Dandenong. I arrived a little earlier than the 9am but walked in no worries. The guys working were so friendly.
Sat on a bunch of lounges, got to the last one, asked how much was happy with the price, purchased. I was gone in half hour. I'm now just waiting for the delivery.
Side note. David was so helpful. Awesome experience.

Had a really great experience, picked up a desk and shelf. Was super easy to assemble ourselves, priced reasonably and great quality, really happy with the service too. Will get other pieces when we can, can rely on these guys!

We came in to look around for a couch, and got a great price and great service too, loved every minute of this easy and friendly (and super welcoming) experience.

Had. Great experience from David from sth morang store. It’s the second time I have purchased from johnnys and both times have had fantastic experiences and a big Thankyou for David for honoring the sale price.

David made the whole process of buying a Sofa set really easy. Very helpful and gave us a discount on the delivery.

After delivery, we found an issue with the Swivel Armchair, and upon lodging the complaint, we were provided a replacement within 2-3 days.

Excellent place to buy your next set of Sofas and beds.

The quality of sewing however is not top class. Lots of places where we had to cut off loose threads to make it look nice.

Overall, I recommend this store and will buy from them again.

These guys are amazing excellent customer service , friendly staff , helpful in whatever you need . The REMOVALIST was even better unbelievable service I haven’t see a person like that at all . Was on time excellent service I will always recommend him to my family and friends. When he delivered the furniture he went over and beyond wow .. these days you will not find a person like that . Very easy process from purchuse to delivery. Big shout out to Will and Co from Big Box Movers for delivery. Communication fantastic with reasonable delivery between times provided and meet. Very personable and respectful of the product. Refreshing additude towards delivery process compared to past delivery experiences. Highly recommend these guys 👌

What a wonderful store! Everything is laid out really well and it doesn't feel cluttered. The service at the South Morang store is beyond wonderful! Shane is so helpful, friendly and kind. He makes you feel very well looked after. I wish that all retail workers had a work ethic like his! All staff members are very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a stunning leather armchair and the quality is superb. I will be buying more from Johnny's furniture in the future and will recommend the South Morang store to my family and friends.

I don’t normally bother with reviews, but with such an impression left on me I can’t keep quiet. As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed by Shane and Tyson who were very helpful and professional.
Bought my amazing sofa lounge, coffee table, TV Cabinet and dining set.
Shane was very helpful and patient with all my queries and provided all the guidance I needed. The service all round was excellent.

Incredibly impressed with David. This business thrives because of his knowledge and customer service. We sadly did have an issue with a couch. But within a week it was organised to be replaced and sorted. David ensured it was about customer satisfaction and we walked away extremely happy with what we’ve ended up with and wouldn’t hesitate to go back knowing we’d be taken care of. Thank you!

Never walked out of a furniture store before and though god that was easy!! David’s relaxed and professional customer service and knowledge of the products in store was A1. He took the time to show me lounges that would fit the measurements of my room better to what I was looking at. I’m so happy and thrilled with my purchase. The delivery guys were great too!!
