Gas refill $ 40.00 very over priced in my opinion humour me???

I rang ahead from Mitchell as I suspected a gas leak after a bottle emptying in 5 days and a strong smell of gas inside and outside the van. Fellow campers had already sprayed all connections with soapy water which didnt show any leak.
I arrived at Roma Gas and again the connections were sprayed with soapy water even though i did say that had been done but it didnt hurt to check again. After paying nearly $80 to refill 2 bottles and being told there was no leak and he couldnt help me I was on my way to next destination where I put on a new gas bottle and found Roma Gas had not secured the bottle properly which caused it to move in the boot which in turn pulled the regulator off the back wall of the boot causing yet another problem.
2 days later.......empty again!
I called someone else to come and have a look and he found a split pipe under the van, after being told by many how dangerous a gas leak can be, I was not very happy 😐
If customers are told that you are qualifed to fix these problems, then a thorough investigation is required...not just around connections.
