A really delicious coffee from here this morning! As good as any cafe coffee. Bravo to the barista. Drive through service was super fast with friendly service.

Could not fault service, cleanliness and freshness of food. I lived the fact that the coffee was hot 🔥.

Best Macca's meal I had in Australia yet. Faster than usual too. Been here for 5 years, so had my fair share of Macca's all over the country.

All good, friendly service, good food and very good coffee, I recommend this place.

As I walked I was instantly greeted by the most welcoming persona of Manager Cameron.
Took my order instantaneously. Best customer service I have ever came across. I'm from Melbourne and I've seen many outcomes but this service provided from Roma Maccas through Cameron was exceptional. Best burger I've had yet, made fresh and quick.
Big applause to all the staff also, to the cook big ups for the sensational burger. Truly one of a kind. :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Mackers. Gaye had a crispy chicken wrap...hold the sauce and mayo. I had 2 x $2 bergers. We had 2 pensioner free flat white coffees. It was great and the top staff too. We loved it. Lee.

The food is good. There is a beautiful play area for children. I have spent 1 hour watching my kids playing there. The people at the service centre were polite too.

Waited 20 minutes this morning to be served ..man in front of me asked much longer before we can order coffee young girl said sarcastically give me a sec waited and the man said again we have waited another ten minutes so she finally came over no apology from her both ordered and then we had to wait until our coffee was made.:. Disgusting service fair enough I know it can get busy at any McDonald’s but they could put someone on the front counter to take orders and stop the line queuing up… definitely won’t hurry back to this store

Amazing staff and store manager. We left a Epipen in store and the manager was absolutely fantastic getting Epipen back to us. The coffee and happy meals were also great, i really like the Maccas Mocha coffee.

Excellent service. Owner and staff went above and beyond to help feed my family quickly after a long day of travel.

I must say that the experience at McDonalds Roma was excellent. From the cleanliness of the premises to the positive and friendly attitude of the staff this McDonalds has it all.

Obviously this McDonalds is well run with the owner/s ensuring that the culture is only of pleasant service with a smile.

This is by far the friendliest business we have come across in Roma!!

Standard maccas with everything you need. Coffee was good and the burger was good and not slapped together. Restaurant was clean.

If you’re driving a heavy vehicle, there is parking opposite that says you can’t stop (thanks to the council/QLD TMR for being so considerate) but park there anyway.

Worm crispy chips please keep in this way 🤩

10 put of 10 for our recent visit at McDonald's Roma. Service was amazing and the wrap and Nuggets we purchased were fresh and more than ample.

Staff were very nice and polite. Will come back next. The toilets were very clean too. Food was yummy.

Being the closest Maccas to Charleville, every time I am in Roma, I always make a point to wrap my laughing gear around a large Double Quarter Pounder meal.
