McDonald's Tarneit

Not sure why people have given it a bad wrap. They’re new, in a remote location; yes you who live in Tarneit are out in the bush. Please come to terms with this. They’re young and learning on the job. Cut them some slack. Tastes like every other McDonald’s on this planet.

Honest review. Thing I hate about the McDonald's is that at late nights they don't serve the food. They always come with an excuse that they are updating the system whereas on uber you can get an order. Thank you.

Really friendly Crew. I'm regular buying coffee mostly from here and they know exactly how I like it. Food is nice and fresh too. But again most importantly the crew go beyond their way to help in anyway they can.

I was genuinely impressed by the store's cleanliness; upon entering the store it was noticeable how well-maintained dining area was.

This store sets a high standard when it comes to maintaining a clean environment, making it a delightful spot to grab a meal or spend some time with friends.

Best chicken nuggets around we love them they are always fresh and hot.

May not have been the fastest service but it was a friendly one

Had a late dinner here last night and it was very busy at around 11pm. I received my food hot and fresh within 7mins of waiting. Pretty fast considering there were so many customers inside and the drive-thru was full when I drove in.

I went through drive thru at around 10.30pm lastnight and had 2 hash browns in my order. The manager that wears the glasses told me that it was about 3mins wait on hashbrowns because she didnt want to serve me old products. I was more then happy to wait and appreciate her for not giving me old hashbrowns. I will come back here.

Just dropped in for a quick snack.

Went through the drive through tonight around 7:00pm, and it was super busy.
When I got to the window to collect our order. I was informed that they couldn’t fulfil some of the order due to the ice cream machine breaking down.
I’d just like to recognise and commend the staff and the shift manager in the way they turned the negative situation into a positive one!
They thought on their feet and the way they handled everything was all about making the customer happy!

Big ups to Laina (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). This girl here is what you call someone with exceptional customer service. Everyone else in the team (you all suck) advised not doing coffee and this beautiful team member told us she will make it for us herself. She is AWESOME!!!

Now what I didn't like about the place was the tables had rubbish everywhere and no one cleaned it up.. not the customers nor the staff in MacDonalds

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Order was correct and tasted good. The customer service staff who took our order and handed us the food were all courteous and friendly.

I usually am skeptical about the food and the staff at Maccas, but I met this excellent lad who works there called 'HARRY" and he was just brilliant. He was friendly, quick and knew his stuff. It was such a pleasure to be served by a young gentleman with a promising future. Good Luck HARRY!!! You give McDonalds a great reputation!

Shoutout to young kid Harry who was amazing , despite getting 2 things wrong he handled it professionaly and im pretty sure it wasnt his fault. forever have problems here with a older lady whom s always on night shift.
