My favourite coffee place in Coffs Harbour !
Service is always very good and friendly and happy , even on busy times ! Coffee is perfect , never too much milk or too hot . Always good quality coffe, no matter who makes it there . I reccommend “open club sandwitch “ as savoury snack 😋
There are healthy snaks also available and plant based milk alternatives.
Drive-in available for fast coffee.

Stopped in early morning preparing for a long drive with kids, and the service was absolutely out of this world! Everyone finished their food and we got more for the trip.

Service like this is a really rare find, so you have to make sure you take time to call it out and say thank you. Thanks for making the start to the day much better than it was shaping up to be :)

Stopped for a coffee as in transit to today Brisbane , was greeted by the lovely staff. All were so polite and the coffee was great! Thank you to the guy and girl on shift !

Love going here, I make sure I meet with my hometown folks when I visit. Brought alot of people here over the years. Love the smash avo, mango tea, chai, flat white and white hot chocolate! Haven't tried everything because I end up ordering the same things XD great customer service as always this place is a gem! Wish I had one close to me in Sydney!

Zarraffa’s Coffee is an Australian owned and operated chain coffee shop with over 70 stores across New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia. As I am lucky enough to have one of these in the town of Coffs Harbour on the mid-north coast in which I live, I have decided to start visiting it frequently.

The interior of Zarraffas is very cosy and comfortable, with a painting of giraffes on one wall. It has several comfortable bench seats and an overall nice aesthetic. The service is exceptional too; I have gone there many times and they have never gotten my order wrong, even in the drive-thru! Their coffee tastes great and they even sell many different kinds of beans and syrups that they use themselves. Food and hot drinks are always hot, but not so hot they'll burn you, and the wait in the drive-thru is never too long, despite its popularity. Surprisingly, most times I have dined in it was quite quiet. Favourite seats guaranteed!

They have an amazing variety of hot and cold drinks, one of which includes the Creme Choc Mint Fusion, which I had on my most recent visit. If you are looking for a refreshing, sweet (not too sweet!) drink for a hot summer day, this is the one for you! It consists of ‘Chocolate fudge and peppermint syrup blended with ice cream, milk and crushed ice, topped with cream and a sprinkling of chocolate flakes’, as their website describes. Its consistency was perfect as well as tasting great, and the chocolate flakes added a little crunch.

As for the food, Zarraffa’s also has a great lunch and snack menu. My overall favourite would have to be the Chicken Cheese Avo Ciabatta. The flawlessly tender chicken pieces with perfectly ripe smashed avo gives it an irresistible balanced texture, and the melted cheese adds that extra bit of flavour every good comfort food needs. The bread is always crisp and is toasted to perfection every single time, never burned! If you are looking for a well priced place to have lunch or a drink, I would suggest Zarraffa’s Coffee. Go quick, as there's no doubt it will become even more popular in Coffs very soon!

Found this place open on xmas day and stopped in for coffee and food. The staff are very friendly and service was excellent. Coffe and food were both very good.

I'm from Sydney, and every year, I visit Coffs Harbour and my coffee allways from Zarraffas! Great coffee and fantastic service.

Early Sunday morning and the guys here really had us covered.
Their beverage choices are plentiful and flavourful; there's just about something for everyone.
The atmosphere is foreign like an exotic escape to your happy place, accompanied by your favourite friend, coffee!
The music is exceptional, like sweet honey for your ears to soothe your soul.
The staff are very perky, this is good, so you don't have to be, and they're happy to make your day with their cheerful disposition.
I'm not a local; however, my coffee is essential to me, and I would happily travel back here for this experience.

So in love with my new addiction Zarraffas Iced Dirty Chai on Almond milk. It is absolutely devine 😍😍 and perfect for summer. Love the drive through option and always the best customer service the staff are lovely and always happy and put in that extra effort to be friendly. Highly recommend ❤❤

Best service in town.. food and beverages are the best. My favourite is the creme caramel, my daughter is Mango ice tea n mango smoothies.. staff are polite n courteous.
