Popped in today to purchase a lounge and a coffee table. A lady by the name of Tracy working in the furniture area served me and I told her what I wanted. She took time to show me around until I found the right lounge and a coffee table. She took time to tell me about each product and had a great knowledge of her area and her product. I wanted to say thanks Tracy as you were polite, kind and had a sound knowledge of your area, you made my job less stressful, Thankyou and I will be a returning customer

After purchasing a TV on black Friday sale there was a mistake with my address. I followed via customer service online. 1 month had almost past and still no TV. I rang so many people during this time from HN Online. The only person to get back to me/ follow up was a man called Riley Owen. 5 Stars are for Riley. Riley did what he promised. Followed through. Seriously!! On my last 3 visits to Harvey Norman Coffs Harbour in the past 4 weeks, I have had nothing, BUT the most superior Customer Service. The best thing of all I did not have one of these many staff members attend to me twice. Management! You are clearly doing a great job. Those staff members are Simply The Best 😃👍💯

Pretty good talked to a lovely salesperson called Trudy who was very helpful with all of my enquires. They have a great choice of outdoor furniture which was what I was looking at.

Had the pleasure of dealing with kyle in the electronics section was in there to purchase a new soundbar with TV at a amzing price after coming home and unpacking it was a display model and was missing the remote for TV, with a quick phone call back to kyle he promptly sorted me out with a new one was cool calm and a pleasure to deal with I recommend anyone looking for a TV or any electronic device to go see kyle his work was outstanding and a top bloke. 👍

Arnika (don’t know last name) has assisted me with a few products including my new fridge and last week I bought a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. I was actually blown away by her knowledge of every stick cleaner and what they could do and the power each one had. I could not believe that she could remember details of everyone of them. And she was right. I bought the Dyson 15 V Detect and after vacuuming that morning with my Electrolux stick, I used my new one, and I could not believe that the barrel had picked up so much fluff and dirt from the carpet – it filled a third of the barrel. I don’t usually do reviews like this, but I feel so strongly that this staff member had such amazing knowledge.

Great experience! Purchased item over the phone during Black Friday sales and a lovely guy called Wayne went out of his way to help me and even though I told him what I wanted to buy so it was a definite sale he made sure I was getting the best product for my needs at the best price.

Hello, my partner and I were shopping at your store this morning, and I just wanted to say how happy we are with your customer service. We were greeted by a lady named Tracey, from the minute we walked in she was extremely helpful.
We were just looking for beds, we had an idea of what we wanted but we weren't sure exactly. By the time we finished we had purchased our bed and mattress and were over the moon.
Tracey was not pushy or complacent she was the perfect sales person.

We went into the store to purchase 3 laptops for our grandchildren for school we were served by Greyson who was very engaging and once we told him the specifications of what we were chasing he steered us to right items. Also recommended bags and virus protection we were very happy with the level of service and knowledge and we have 3 very excited grandkids.

Staff are super helpful. I found the tech department very impressive after I had an issue with a microsoft laptop I purchased from there. The tech team escalated the issue to microsoft on my behalf and Sam was very dedicated to facilitating an agreeable solution for my problem. He truly went above and beyond.
