Kalbar Butchery

A little hidden treasure buried in the Scenic Rim town of Kalbar. Fantastic quality meats 🍖 👌 good old fashioned service with fair pricing. Found this about 3 years ago and worth the drive from Cleveland to purchase our meat. Christmas 🎄 Ham was to die for. Well done to Neil and staff. Cheers John Z 👍🏻

I recently called in to shop while returning from Stanthorpe to Gold Coast. We have tried sausages from so many butchers on coast and not found one that doesnt have compacted meat (maybe meat who knows) and the texture and taste is terrible. Bought pork and beef sausages ( delicious) rib fillet and rump ( so tender and flavoursome) tbone and ybone which we not tried yet. Best meat we have had for many years. Will definately be calling in to stock up each trip and will be telling friends and family

Marinated Beef Ribs from the Kalbar butcher absolutely delicious. Slow cooked for six hours.
So tasty, fell off the rib bone. Yum🤗

We had the best Pork and Lamb roast last weekend. They did an awesome job with the rolled meat for our spit roast. We came with 5 caravans from out of town and stayed at Show grounds. Great little town we will all defiantly be back.

Great butcher, haven't had a bad experience yet. Rib eye on the bone , beef short ribs and the buffalo wings are some of my favourites.
